My dentist of 33 years was retiring and recommended this office for an implant and I put it off for a couple years. I finally reached out via FB messenger and I got a call a couple days later for a consult. The office is very nice, organized, clean and appealing. The girls at the front when you check in are very pleasant and efficient. They worked with me on a treatment plan that I could budget and complete on my own timeline. I was in the midst of dealing with some personal issues and the stress of everything just happened to hit me while I was sitting in the conference room with one of the girls and I started bawling. She gave me tissues and sat with me and listened empathetically. The implant was placed soon after by Dr Timmerman. It went very well. He talked me through the entire thing so I would know what to expect, hear, feel, smell etc so there were no surprises. I woke up in extreme pain a couple weeks later and I called and they told me to come in right away. Dr Timmerman examined me and determined the tooth next to the implant needed a root canal. He numbed me up to get me through the next few hours until he was able to squeeze me in for the procedure which was a huge relief! I went back later in the day for the procedure. He spent 3 hours working on me and it ended up being after business hours. He gave me several breaks and asked me several times how I was feeling. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He took time to talk to me and explain things and answer all of my many questions. He never made me feel like I was an imposition. He was training his helper(a tech, I believe) as he went along and he spoke to her so nicely and was very patient explaining things to her. I received a post card a couple days later thanking me and saying I was a great patient. A week later I had pain again and I called and left a message. He called me right away and gave me his personal number and told me to not feel bad about contacting him and to not try and tough it out if I was in pain. He called me during his off hours to check on me and see how I was feeling. The girls at the front also called to check on me and called in a RX for me. He got me in right away the next day and adjusted my bite which remedied the issue. Again, it was after hours. He took his time and again never made me feel like I was a bother. After my original dentist retired I didn't think I would find another practice that had the same excellent standards of patient care. This office goes above and beyond to make sure you are receiving the best care and that you are free of pain. They genuinely care, which is so important when you are in pain and spending lots of money. You want to know you are cared for as a patient and I appreciate that and will continue to go here long term.

First visit for exam and consultation am impressed and have strong feelings that they are Professionals in all means of the sense. I will post a follow up as too if I go the route and the results. So stay tuned.

I have been working with Dr. Heller and his staff on some pretty extensive dental procedures. As you will be able to see by attached pictures I was in pretty bad shape. Dr. Heller and his staff have been very helpful in me completing this goal. His staff is very friendly, personable and makes sure that you are comfortable. I could drone on with more comments but I am a pretty straightforward person and as they say "A picture is worth a thousand words" Dean Eyestone

Dr Robert Heller and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I have been informed and involved during each step of my implant procedure. Dr Heller has taken time and patience in getting the proper fit, correct speech, appearance, and explaining the proper care of my implants. My experience with Dr. Robert Heller and his team could not have been better! I received an implant on tooth number 10. I had absolutely no pain during or after the procedure. From beginning to end every department in the office was extremely professional and gave me a feeling that they cared about my smile. I knew that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Heller for any and all dental implant needs.

I have no words to express my gratitude to Dr Heller. He gave me a new lower jaw and the most beautiful teeth anyone could ask for, not to mention I can bit and chew healthy wholesome foods again... and his staff is unbeatable, kind caring and very good at what they do. We drove 7 hours for Dr Heller to do my reconstruction and implants of my lower jaw and it was worth every minute of every hour. God has truly blessed Dr Heller with his talent for helping people and I am truly blessed to be one of those people he helped. Thank You!!!

Does not submit to dental insurance, but requires patient to pay entire amount in advance and then request reimbursement from own insurance. Did not tell me this at time of appointment, but let me waste my time and his. In addition, he tried to charge me for unneeded procedure, promising to refund two weeks later if not needed, plus his charge is far higher than the negotiated/allowed rate for my insurance.

Both, Dr. Didonato and Dr. Heller are wonderful. Dr. Didonato is my dentist and does such a thorough job. She has caught problems with my mouth that no other dentist has noticed. She is also so personable and explains everything in such great detail. Dr. Heller performed a new composite veneer service on me called Provance. It was so easy and pain free, and I ended up with a movie star smile! I highly recommend this dental practice!

The receptionist candy was very nice and accommodating. I went for a consultation about denture implants. Needless to say the dentist tried to buy a car and take a vacation or me. Quoted me $35,000 for the top and bottom implants. I called Affordable Dentures and they said they can do the top and bottom implants for $3,500.

Dr. Heller and his staff are awesome! Like most people, I get very anxious when I have to undergo any dental procedures. The staff in his office made me feel welcome, comfortable and let me know I was in good hands. Throughout the surgery, Dr. Heller kept reassuring me that all was going well and made sure I was okay. Eight years ago I was informed that my gums and teeth were in very bad condition and threatening my heart and overall health. I was blessed to find Dr. Heller and his staff ! It is a very scary proposition to know your mouth is about to undergo such a dramatic and life changing experience, but after my first visit to Dr. Heller's office I never looked back. I had been afraid to smile and exhibit any happiness because of loose teeth and deteriorated gums. The process of getting my mouth healthy, strong, and attractive seemed to happen over night because of great preparation, many years of experience and knowledge, and an unbelievable team of professional assistants ! As a teacher I am now known for my display of exuberance and joy which my students would have never seen had it not been for Dr. Heller and his staff ! Many Thanks.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heller for over 15 years and have had 3 dental implants over the years. Most recently, he suggested a new procedure to restore gum tissue due to severe recession. I had Dr. Heller perform the procedure and the results have been nothing short of amazing. Without this procedure, I was on a slow path that would eventually mean dentures. The implants and the new gum restoration procedure have given me a new future, added longevity to my dental health and avoided unpleasant alternatives. Dr. Rob is very skilled and uses that skill to treat patients and well as train other dentists the art and science of placing and restoring dental implants. I personally have two implants placed more than 10 years ago that restored my mouth to full capacity to chew anything I wish. You owe it to yourself to visit the office for a consultation if you are in need of excellent dental treatment.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at Oral Implants & Reconstructive Dentistry and everything about the process was wonderful. From my consultation to the surgery itself I was comfortable and relaxed. After having my teeth removed I had the easiest healing process and felt great the next day. It was as enjoyable as having your wisdom teeth removed could be, I would recommend them to anyone!

I voted 4 stars only because no matter how great the experience, nobody ever "loved" going to the dentist... and my face is still numb. With that said however, this was far and away one of the greatest experiences I have had with a dentist. I broke a filling and needed immediate help. The Dr. came in on their off day, fixed me up (avoided a root canal), and had me out in under an hour. This place is clean, fast, friendly, and professional. As a small business owner I could tell these people really care a lot about their patients and their practice. I'll definitely be going back, and have already started recommending them to friends and family. Thanks Dr. DiDonato!

I have been a patient for a couple of years. It began with a simple implant which has grown into diagnosis of my biting. My teeth were beginning to have stress cracking do to improper bite. Dr. Heller and his staff are working on fixing the cause. This to me is how a dentist should evaluate a patient to make sure a problem is solved not patched up. I appreciate, respect, and will continue to be a patient of Oral Implants because of the commitment to do the right thing for the patient. Ray

Dr heller and the entire staff are a complete "Dream Team." They were sympathetic and empathetic to my situation. It was a very emotional and stressful time in my life, having to have 4 implants and grafts done. They understood my situation, gave me the absolute best treatment plan, and helped me through the whole thing. 100% would recommend them to anyone!

I am a man who suffers from a severe phobia of the dentist. Over the years as my neglect in not going to the dentist the condition of my teeth had come to a head with 5 extractions. No matter how hard I tried to sit through cavities and potential extractions I went into a panic. Dr. Duke Heller took me on as a patient for IV sedation. My visit was a pleasure. The staff was awesome and my recovery was easy. Thank you Dr. Heller!

Dr. Rob Heller has been our family dentist for over 20 yrs., and we love him. He is so gentle and his dental work is awesome. We wouldn't ever think of going elsewhere!
