I was a patient of Dr. Larson years ago for an implant crown on #9, and the crown still holds, along with the crown he did on the no.10 (front upper teeth). A few fillings i had were also fine, zero complaints Dr. Larson and the staff are really nice, genuine folk, and i found him very very gentle, in fact his anesthetic injections are the gentlest if have ever had. Why dont all dentists shake your gum a little while putting the needle in? I only stopped going b/c i hated driving in and out of La Jolla and also was a poor student at the time.

My experience with Dr. Larson and his staff goes beyond a normal dental experience. They basically gave me my life back. Three years ago I had a fall and broke my front teeth. I had four crowns put on in La Quinta, CA and they were done incorrectly. I went back to the same dental office and they replaced them AGAIN for no charge, but they still didn't fit correctly AND they looked horrendous. Upon a reference from a family member, I took the 2.5 hour drive for a consultation. (Not to mention when I called Christine spent about 20 minutes discussing my case and basically talked me off the ledge) To make a long story longer, Dr. Larson was HONEST (couldn't guarantee my problems would disappear) but I felt his compassion and he was going to do ANYTHING in his power to help me. AND THEY DID! I look amazing! It was an extraordinary experience because I am PETRIFIED of dental pain. I had over 6 injections (roof of the mouth and top front) and I swear to all of you...there was NO PAIN! If there was some way to show you my before and after pictures, I would. Their compassion, integrity and professionalism is second to none. Don't look any further. Make the call.

Dr. Larson is a great dentist. He takes care of his patients and he wants to keep his patients happy. He has a very gentle touch, no pain at all! His staff is amazing, they are friendly and you really feel like family there.

Been here for a couple of years now. Never had any bad experience. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Facility is always clean. Dr. Larson is always friendly and explains everything. If I can give more then 5 stars I would.

I just visited Dr. Larson this week (10/3/2017) and found him very knowledgeable, kind, skillful, and straight forward. Dr. Larson bedside manner is wonderful and unfortunately in this day and age is a retiring breed. I have been putting off going to the dentist because my old dentist had a terrible bedside manner and did not treat me very well. I have been seeking for a new dentist for awhile now, and thanks to my fellow yelpers I think I found a jem. I went to Dr. Larson for a straight exam and general cleaning. He took exrays, and looked at the health of my teeth. He explained that my teeth are healthy and explained that his technician will be able to perform the necessary cleaning I needed. I

I have been fortunate to have Fred and his great support staff take care of me and my family's dental needs for over 14 years. Fred is a truely compassionate dentist who searches for the optimal solution (not the most espensive) for the long term care of one's teeth. He always reviews in simple terms, the options and trade-offs of any dental proceedure. I spend most of my time in his office getting my teeth cleaned by his excellent staff of dental hygienst's which has preserved my teeth and gums and saved me thousands in more intensive dental care. Diane and Elizabeth at the front desk always laugh at my jokes and make sure appointments are arranged around my scheudle. I recommend Dr. Larson and his staff to anyone needing friendly, quality dental care.
