These folks are great. I'm not a fan of dentists, but I'd been experiencing pain and swelling in my rear molars for a week. Never had my wisdom teeth it and it was coming back to haunt me. Olivia got me set up with a consult the same day, and seeing that the teeth were impacted and there was some bone damage, Dr. Rabinovich made time to get them out immediately. I got a great walk through on options and cost, and there was a greater than I expected concern for my comfort during the procedure. These folks are pure class. Two relatively minor downsides: expect to pay more for this quality of care, and have to wait a bit, since Dr. Rabinovich is the only surgeon.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rabinovich. I am an intense night grinder and the night guard I was using was getting a beating. My dentist asked that I get a new stint made and for that I had to see a specialist. Luckily, this type of device can be billed to my medical insurance and I'm thankful he was in network. My night guard is super comfy and has helped with my pain grinding causes. I have had to go in multiple times to get it adjusted because my bite is constantly adjusting. They were super flexible and fit me right in. The office is clean, everyone is friendly and I love that he has state of the art equipment. Highly recommend Dr. Rabinovich.

Oral surgery is no one's idea of fun. But Dr. Alex Rabinovich and his staff do everything they can to make their patients feel comfortable and to tolerate the procedures well. I had an extraction and an implant placed in June 2017. The doctor's office was very clean and comfortable, with state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Rabinovich was assisted by Monica, and they were both as friendly, easy-going, and solicitous as could be. They were also very professional, and made sure that all the bases were covered in terms of explaining everything to me before the procedure, checking in with me and keeping me informed during the procedure, and making sure I understood all of my post procedure care instructions. I am fortunate in that I probably won't need oral surgery again anytime soon. But if I do, I would be happy to have it done by Dr. Rabinovich and his team.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Rabinovich to remove my wisdom teeth. It was a stress-free procedure and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a similar procedure. His office is clean, quiet, and tucked away from the busy streets below. His front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They were clear when explaining what my dental insurance would cover and what I should expect to pay out of pocket. What I really appreciated about Dr. Rabinovich was his ability to make you feel at ease. He explained the process clearly and ensured that this is a common procedure. The entire process included an appointment for x-rays, brief consultation and an explanation of costs and insurance coverage, then another appointment for the actual procedure, which took about 45 minutes. Lastly, there is a Walgreen's located around the block from the office so it is really easy to pick up any pain medication for your recovery.

I recently got all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Rabinovich and I had a great experience. He and his staff have been very professional and attentive. The extractions went smoothly and my recovery has been going well too.

I had a month in advance appointment to schedule my wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Rabinovich clearly stated what the procedure would be like and what to expect. The procedure took approximately half an hour, I was unconscious for the process. I was prescribed anti-inflammatory, antibiotics, and pain killers. The pain was short lived and I was able to eat regular food, 3 days after the procedure.

I came here for a impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Alex is the best i was able to the same day get my impacted tooth taken out. The procedure was quick and easy and i was out of there in no time.

It's interesting that many of the reviews for Dr. Rabinovich hail his skill as an oral surgeon. I went to see him about a very different problem, but he and his staff did an equally exemplary job. I was in an accident about 2.5 years ago which resulted in a mass of scar tissue below where my right nostril meets the face. I had gone to two plastic surgeons, one who specialized in scar revision and they did not offer very subtle or encouraging suggestions. When I came in for a consultation with Dr. Rabinovich he was cautious about how much he could guarantee. "There's only so much real estate on the face," he said. However, he had a recommendation that seemed sensible and I understood its limitations and risks. Fast forward to two weeks after the surgery: Dr. Rabinovich did an absolutely amazing job with my scar revision. He removed the entire lump of tissue under the nostril. There is obviously another scar where he had to work, but he was extremely careful to make this scar as minimal as possible. It's hard to convey how much technical skill must have been required for this procedure without photos. I was asking him to operate on the delicate fold of the nostril where it meets the face. I was expecting to have to live with the disfigurement of my face forever, but Dr. Rabinovich was able to give me a new lease on life (or at least my face). I cannot thank him and his staff enough. They are a highly skilled and sensitive group of practitioners. As I said, this procedure was extremely delicate, operating on the face, and resulted in something that I am very happy with. If you are experiencing a delicate or tricky procedure that has anything to do with the face, I think it will be very worth your while to have a visit with Dr. Rabinovich and his staff. I cannot thank them enough!

I got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Rabinovich. Staff throughout the whole process were extremely friendly. The procedure itself went as well as I could've expected, no doubt a testament to the experience and care given by the staff here!

I went into Dr. Rabinovich's office for a consultation and left with one tooth extraction, bone grafting and three dental implants. I have been told by other oral surgeons that you need to wait two months after a tooth extraction to get a dental implant but apparently that is no longer the case if you get the right doctor. I am not going to lie and say that the whole procedure was a piece of cake but considering everything I had done in less than two hours, I am extremely happy with the results and my mouth has healed quite nicely. I highly recommend Dr. Rabinovich for any and all oral surgery.

I came here for an extraction and dental implants. I also had a sinus lift and bone graft performed by Dr. Alex. All procedures, that would put anyone at least a tiny bit on edge but Dr. Alex explained every step of the way what he was doing and did a great job (and worked swiftly). Surgery was never a better experience. He is thorough and cares about his patients and the staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.

They were amazing! I had been putting off my wisdom teeth extraction for years because I was terrified to go under anesthesia. They squeezed me in this afternoon and were so accommodating, thorough and respectful. They took a quick 360 xray and the Doctor came in, reviewed the resulta with me and detemined I was a good canidate for removal. I was able to have the surgery the same day! Dr. Rabinovich was so skilled at the IV (which again I am deathly afraid of) that I barely felt it. 15 minutes after he gave me the IV, he came back in, said he would be administering the drugs, the nurse accompanying him told me to think happy thoughts and I woke up in what felt like minutes later refreshed and without my wisdom teeth! The nurses cracked me up with thier friendly chatter which actually helps when waking up from anesthesia. I think if it had been quiet I would have been more scared and confused. They then called my family into the room and carefully explained after care. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone go there. They will take great care of you!

The best dental experience I've ever had. I waited three years in fear before having the prep. work done so I could have an implant. Then a friend recommended Dr. Rabinovich. He his team were amazing and made me like dentists and oral surgeons again! I would highly recommend him for any oral surgery!

Both my son's had their wisdom teeth removed and they felt he was an excellent oral surgeon. They had no complications and everything healed perfectly. I had an extraction and a dental implant. He was very professional and the procedure was extremely successful. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent oral surgeon! Dr. Rabinovich took me in, with my TMJ pain that I've been having for the past 2 years. Never sought help for it until I couldn't open my mouth one morning. Every oral surgeon I called in the Bay Area would not take me with my insurance plan/dental plan (due to not being contracted providers), but the receptionist was very understanding and said that they would work with me and to schedule a consult right away. So, I did and I'm so grateful I listened. Dr. and staff helped me figure out why I was experiencing so much pain, and Doc gave me some realistic options that can help alleviate the pain. They did a CT scan and x-rays and I was able to see my jaw joint and Doc discussed what was going on in clear, concise detail. He offered conservative options so I wouldn't have to undergo surgery and I'm just so happy I was able to get treated by him and his staff. His office likely deals with a little higher paid clientele than I, but Dr. Rabinovich was very empathetic towards my stressful situation and he helped me get the care that I needed--without going another day with the pain I have.
