This place is amazing! Very efficient, fast and trustworthy. First I would like to describe my situation. As an international student living in the United States, I do not know any recommended dentist in the city. Thus, I yelped quite a number of dentist and almost all of them do not do the same day consultation except this place. I am in need of urgent help. My cheek was swollen, fever and etc. Fortunately, this place welcomed me with all their hearts and was able to help me. My wisdom tooth has partially erupted from my gum and it was torturing me for the past few days. Dr. Ho professionally took a quick look at my condition through his x-rays (same day results). He said it was okay to extract the infected tooth right away since it has been a pain in the a**. The doctor even waived a consultation fee if I chose to do it at that moment. Without further due, I agree to perform the wisdom tooth extraction on that day. I thought the process of extraction was scary especially when he was about to inject a local anesthesia because I am afraid of needles and etc. However, Dr. Ho keeps telling me it will be alright. "just like a pinch," he said. Well, everything he said was somewhat true. I barely did not feel that he inject SEVERAL times already into my gum. The tooth was a bit tough since it's the third molar but everything went normally just like any other day in the office. After the extraction, the doctor explained to me the detailed to take care of my recovery progress (drugs dosage, time, what and what not to do, etc.). All in all, I would definitely go to this place if my other tooth has more problem.

Dr. Ho and the staff at All Smiles Dental truly are as good as it gets! I was lucky enough to begin seeing Dr. Ho as a result of my wife seeing him first. When she came home after her first visit at All Smiles, she told me that I HAD to go there. She was 100% right (as she usually is). Scheduling was easy - we took care of it over the phone. Now, I schedule every cleaning at the end of every appointment. There was ONE occasion when we had to reschedule as a result of perhaps being overbooked, but my schedule was flexible to change the appointment and they ASKED me if I wanted to (they didn't tell me I HAD to switch/change it). I felt like this was great customer service! Perhaps me being flexible created some good karma for me... As a few nights ago, a portion of a lower molar had basically cracked off resulting in an annoying hole on the side of my tooth. Obviously, I needed to make an appointment ASAP. I contacted Dr. Ho the next morning and he was able to accommodate me that same day! He fixed me up and I didn't feel any pain or experience any issues. I've been to Dr. Ho for routine cleaning, deep cleaning, filling replacement, and the emergency above. And each time has been a great experience (I know, this is strange to say)... but personally, I think this is saying a lot because regardless it's still a visit to the dentist's office. Of course no one WANTS to have their teeth picked at, drilled into, or receive shots of numbing agents in the mouth, but if you're going to get it done, you might as well get it done by the BEST. If you need any dental work done, go see Dr. Ho and the All Smiles Dental staff. There's a reason they have the 5-star rating - You will not be disappointed!

I love this office! Thank you Dr. Cuong! I use to dread going to the dentist, but not anymore! Dr. Cuong and his team are very welcoming. I even bring my dog to sit in the waiting area for me to finish getting my teeth check up. Also, the new orthodontist is very nice. I didn't get my braces there, but he helped me fix my old retainers and he also sanded down my tooth. All Smiles Dental is an awesome office, I am forever faithful! I will need to get my wisdom teeth removed soon and this really makes going to the dentist and getting my wisdom teeth removed a little less stressful because I trust Dr. Cuong.

Dr to is a great dds had me in on Wednesday and had my tooth removed in under 30 minutes also he was very kind to call me after my tooth extraction asked how I was and keep in touch with me also that us why I will return to him for future dental work everyone in the office is very nice

My best dental experience ever. They go above and beyond and make me feel like a person, not just another random patient. Dr. Ho and his staff are very friendly and Dr. Diana Liu treats me with care and efficiency. Very highly recommended!

Dr Ho and his team are incredible. I refer anyone who needs a dentist to his practice for a couple of great reasons: the team is very organized and professional; they work very hard to accommodate working parents; and do absolutely fantastic work. For instance, we are able to schedule family-wide appointments on Saturdays. My son needed a prompt appointment and Dr. Ho sent me a text message to schedule and was able to accommodate us within a few short days. Dr. Ho and his associate dentists are top notch. My children love them. The children are calm and happy the entire time and their teeth are healthy. I cannot recommend All Smiles Dental enough!

The reviews are true!! Dr Ho, is hands down the BEST dentists I've ever seen! And yes, he'd applied chapstick on me before the exam/ cleaning and he took the time explaining everything from X-rays to what is NECESSARY to do now, and what other procedures that can wait down the road (unlike my previous dentist, who kept recommending additional procedures every visit). As a bonus, he gave me a goodie bag of dental stuff before I'd left (totally brought back memories from grade school)! Haha Dr Ho- Thank you for your patience, professional & welcoming attitude! Do you love your dentist? If not, it's time you made an appointment with Dr. Ho at All Smiles Dental. I've been a patient of his for the past three years and my only regret is not finding him sooner. I don't think there's a dentist out there that loves his job as much as Dr. Ho does. When I asked him why he likes his job so much, he said "it's the patients. I really like my patients." I know he does because of the way he treats us. He's kind, respectful, patient, meticulous, sensitive and above all, he's amazing at what he does. I broke a tooth on Sunday night and emailed him asking if I could come in when he opened on Monday morning. He texted me right away and said he had a patient at 8 but would come in at 7 am to see me! Who does that??? Dr. Ho, voted best dentist in SF from this loyal patient.

Excellent experience at All Smiles Dental. I had a wisdom tooth that was pressing up against the top left molar and Dr Ho and the hygienist were able to see me last minute, despite the fact that I was a new patient. Dr. Ho was able to remove the wisdom tooth and its twin quickly and without any sort of surgery despite the fact that one of them had 4 roots with is supposedly rare. I have a follow up appointment next week to get a filling done and have complete trust in this offices abilities.

Had No Insurance, went in. I had a tooth decay of wisdom tooth. Initially it felt like no attention was given, it was just a helper taking x-rays. I asked for a treatment without x-ray but they declined. In India x-ray was the last option not the first thing you do. After x-ray they said my tooth needed to be extracted. Quoted price $430 for it. This is prohibitively expensive compared to India, where you can get it for $43. But I had to get it done as the pain was too bad. Doctor Ho, was pretty good though, the extraction was very smooth. Almost effortless and no pain. THese people knew how to use the saliva sucktion device unlike in India, they also regularly applied vaseline to lips which was good as comparitively my lips used to get dry in India. Other than that pretty standard. Other than the ridicuolus cost it's pretty good.

Dr. Ho has been my primary care dentist for almost 7 years now, and he is the only dentist I trust. He is an amazing person and a very attentive, gentle and caring doctor. When I had to move to a different state, I tried to find a dental office that would be as good as All Smiles Dental but could not so I was very excited to come back to his office when I moved back to San Francisco. Thank you Dr. Ho!!

Mad painful toothache on Saturday night where ibuprofen no longer works. CRAP CRAP CRAP...coz even in big city like SF, there are like maybe less than 5 dental clinics open on a Sunday. It's hard to believe but it's true. Somehow, All Smiles Dental is listed on Yelp as open from 9am so I requested an appointment via their website around 7:30. Shortly after, I got a text from Dr. Ho and he's like "sure, i'll just drop everything I have planned on my day off and come in to save your ass". Not really, he just said "I'll see you at 10am". At that point, I was already willing to bend down on my knees to thank him. 2 hours later, I was back on my feet and ready to enjoy the rest of my balmy SF Sunday. Later in the afternoon, Dr. Ho texted back and forth with me a little to check up on my condition. What service! Now, here's what you need to know. If you had an emergency like me, I hope you'll get as lucky as me to have Dr. Ho to save your ass off typical clinic hours. If you are looking for a dentist, my experience with Dr. Ho was really how other reviews have described him to be - gentle and kind throughout the procedure and his charges were reasonable. Toothaches can be incredibly painful, so much to the point that I'm sure all dentists know you would pay the high price just to get rid of the pain. I don't have insurance but not only he didn't charge me extra for the emergency, he even discounted me. Most importantly, I feel little to no pain after the procedure. It seems to be a job well done! What would make me choose him over other dentists is that he seems very compassionate and understanding of his patients' needs. While I was there, 2 other people with tooth pain came to see him. He was already busy with me but he didn't turn them away and helped them as quickly as possible as he had helped me. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ho here and of course, Dr. Ho himself for going above and beyond. This has been a great experience (and I just got another text from Dr. Ho checking up on me as I type this review on a Monday afternoon)!

Dr. Cuong Ho is the best dentist. I was in so much pain from past 6 months and I have needle phobia thats why I was avoiding going to a dentist. However, Dr Ho made sure I felt super comfortable while taking out my wisdom tooth. He is super professional. He scheduled me for a Saturday appointment on my request. He is extremely accommodating and welcoming. He even texted my husband on the day of extraction as well as the next day to see how I am doing. He is the most amazing, professional and skilled doctor one can ever have. I am no more scared to go to his clinic. Infact I have an appointment next Wednesday for another tooth extraction. I am so glad to have found such an awesome doc. DR HO. IS THE BEST. 100 stars are also less for the kind of treatment you get at Dr Ho's clinic!

Dr. Ho and his staff are awesome. I had avoided dentists after a HORRIFIC experience, but I cracked a crown, knew I need a filing or two, but was super nervous to get it fixed. All Smiles was recommended to me, and it is one of the best recommendations I've ever gotten. Let's just start with 4 things I've NEVER experienced in my dental history, that All Smiles does: 1) Dr. Ho puts sunglasses on you so you don't have to stare into that god awful light, or keep your eyes closed. 2) I also have crazy dry lips, and Dr. Ho would stop to apply chapstick - how sweet is that!? 3) Dr. Ho took pictures with his phone to show me the before and after side by side 4) Then he followed up with me to check in the night of my procedures to make sure I was feeling okay. And sent me the pictures of my before and after fix for my reference. (bonus points for his emoji game!) I appreciate that every process is explained to you, and they're very upfront and easily explain your insurance, and the cost breakdown. It's refreshing to find a dentist that is so patient focused, friendly, and you can tell Dr. Ho and his staff really do care about you!

I found Dr. Ho on Yelp and spontaneously decided to go see him. Best decision I ever made - not only was he accommodating and fit me in quickly since I was experiencing so much pain, but afterwards he followed up to see how my teeth were feeling after every visit. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. GREAT.

It took me a long time looking for a new dentist after my last experienced back in 2015 and with the help of my husband because he knew I'm comfortable to have female dentist, he found this dental! Kudos to you! I'm happy to say now that I found my Dentist and her name is Dr Diana Liu! I met her with my husband last Monday, I want to thank her for doing a great job with extra care and her (assistants) they are awesome and for explaining everything to us (with my husband) so we could understand. My All Smiles Dental story is very gnarly, but I would like to ensure that Dr. Ho (the dentist that saw me) is an expert at what he does. This all began for me 5 weeks ago--I had an impacted wisdom tooth with a large cavity in it that was easily one of the more painful experiences I've ever had with a tooth. On a pain scale of 1-10, this was easily a 20. I couldn't even bite down completely without activating the damaged nerve below the tooth, much less chew on that side. As usual, I didn't really take care of this problem until it became as bad as it was when I went to All Smiles. I have actually been trying to find a good way to set up the removal of my wisdom teeth, but my insurance policy regarding oral surgery is a little different than the coverage used for basic dental visits. I couldn't try to figure it all out with this painful tooth, though! The fact remained that I needed help , and I needed it badly! Desperate to find ANYONE who could take me last minute, I read the reviews for Dr. Ho, being that they were outstanding and very high. He did NOT disappoint; I sent a text out to him through Yelp hoping he might text back as others who had gone there reported him to do. I messaged him at 11pm--he texted me back at 6:30am the next morning asking me to call and make an appointment! Not only did he remember me when I called, but he fit me into his schedule on extremely short notice. I couldn't do it that day because I had to go to work, but I was able to slide into an hour the next morning on my day off. He was kind, patient, and understanding. Obviously I made a poor decision in waiting to take care of this until the tooth was as deteriorated as it was, but Dr. Ho spared the judgment and fixed the problem. He also let me know about other problems I might run into based on my x-rays. Even though he was not my primary dentist, I appreciated the care and professionalism he showed in discussing my options moving forward. The oral surgery itself literally took less than 5 minutes. He gave me extra Novocain when my tooth was still not responding, and with some tools and careful skill, out popped this problem tooth that had been bothering me for far too long! As is to be expected, the healing process was painful at the beginning, but very easy to manage after the first day/when the bleeding stopped. Would you believe me if I told you Dr. Ho was still texting me post-surgery?? :) Because he did! He made sure I was alright and that all of my questions were answered after the fact. He did this for a week until the critical healing period was over. I couldn't recommend this place any less than the 5 stars it deserves! If you have any dental emergencies or need a skilled hand with oral surgeries, this is your place! ;) He even gets nerd points for letting me keep my tooth after the surgery (of which I have an attached image posted in the photo reviews. Came here as a new patient, and left super happy. I haven't been to the dentist in at least 5 years , I hate the dentist and was always scared of them as a child lol. I honestly wish I didn't let my teeth in unattended for so long. I don't have insurance and am paying for everything out of pocket, but thankfully I have the care credit card that they accept there. The entire staff is awesome from the lovely receptionist to the dental assistants and the main dentist Dr. Ho. They all were very professional and welcoming. I came for a new patient exam X-rays and a cleaning. After looking at my teeth and X-rays they recommended I get a deep cleaning, which in the end I wanted to do anyway because I felt like it was needed after 5 years. What I really appreciated was, they didn't make me feel bad or try to pressure me into getting it they told me that I didn't have to get the deep cleaning if I didn't want to they gave me the option to do the regular cleaning and they told me the price of everything before they did the procedure and they explained the options I had they even let me break up the deep cleaning into 2 procedures (left,right) to help with cost. Bonus points for Dr. Ho he asked me if I had eight before we did the deep cleaning and recommended that I go have some lunch because my mouth was going to be swollen for a few hours after since they numb it for the deep cleaning. I was super happy that he asked me because I actually had not ate so I took a lunch as there is many places to eat by his office and came back for my deep cleaning. Can't remember the sweet woman who did the deep cleaning on me, she was exceptional. She was very nice she answered all my questions she was gentle she made sure I was comfortable and I really appreciate that.

I'd never been here before, but after a rough Friday night, pain-wise, needed an emergency, short-notice root canal. Not only did they do everything they could do squeeze me in, Dr. Ho did fabulous work and I came out with no pain and in great shape. I can't recommend them highly enough.
