They went out of business and didn't contact their patients. Unbelieveable.

While on a business trip to Southern California my girlfriend woke up with excruciating pain in her back teeth. I called perhaps a half dozen area dentists seeking an emergency dentist and their attitude was how much can you pay and when. It was insulting and did not give me the warm and fuzzy feeling that I desired as we were on the road and away from regular care at home. Downey Dental Art was different. The nice young lady who answered was more interested in getting her into the office and made adjustments to the schedule to ensure that we were seen. She even offered to make sure a Uber would pick her up if the pain prevented her from driving. The attitude of the office was let's take care of your pain then we'll worry about payment. Upon arrival, I was told the exam and x-ray would be free. I could not believe how fortunate I was to call after the 6 previous attempts with other offices were so frustrating. Dr. Omid came in and made a determination of the cause of her pain and said we can help and went through options and explained the benefits of each, specifically a dental implant. While being treated the staff was busy taking care of administrative issues relating to my insurance. It was painless (no pun intended). We are extremely appreciative of the staff and Dr. Omid for all of their help for weary travellers in a strange land.

I got my braces here a few months ago. They have great customer service and no interest on the services they offer. Well worth getting the dental work you need.

Dr. Omid met with me after waiting for only 15 minutes in the waiting room. He diagnosed my cavities fairly quickly and said to me, "that isn't ad bad as you thought it would be right?" That made me smile. I will be scheduling an appointment for dental work in the upcoming weeks. So far my experience in this office has been commendable. Highly recommend Dr. Omid and Downey Dental!

I scheduled an appointment with Downey Dental Art for my daughter's excessive GAPS that were between her teeth. First of all, the atmosphere is clean and the people inside were friendly. Dr. Omid was able to see us within 25 minutes. Straightforward and knowledgeable orthodontist. He had no problems analyzing my daughter's mouth and making her feel immediately comfortable. We are going to schedule another appointment for her to get the invisalign braces! We are looking forward to the next phases since the Dr. has made everything manageable so far!

Been a clean facility for as long as I can remember. The receptionists are polite and the doctors have extensive knowledge on anything you ask them. They do a good job of comforting their patients here.

I've been shopping around for braces, specifically clear braces. All the offices I called were so expensive or not very helpful. I found Downey Dental Art on google of course, the front desk girl who answered was AMAZING!! Yes, all capital letters are needed. She was beyond nice and very knowledgeable about braces. I don't have insurance so I was paying cash. She said not to worry about the cost, that all they cared about was me as a patient. Different right?! So I went in, consultation was free, they helped me with super low payments. But didn't make me feel like I was under any pressure when it came to the cost. Loved the environment, very welcoming. I've referred a few of my friends, and family and they love it. Dr Hamid is the greatest ever. If your tired of feeling uncared for at your dentist, feel like it's all about the money. Look no further, Downey Dental Art is the place for you, and me haha. Hands down 5 stars, if I could give 100 I would!!
