Dr. Pamela MacPherson of Center for Dental Restorations is the only female board-certified prosthodontist in San Diego. A San Diego, CA Dentist winner of the Patients' Choice Awards, Dr. MacPherson has been voted among San Diego’s Top Dentists every year since 2013. Dr. MacPherson is a recognized specialist in full-mouth reconstruction, treating injuries from mouth trauma, designing and placing dental implants, dental crowns and bridges, crafting full or partial dentures, oral cancer reconstruction, and TMJ Disorder Treatment.

She is a certified prosthodontist, which is an American Dental Association (ADA) recognized specialty that requires residency, additional training, and continued re-assessment of skills and knowledge. Dr. MacPherson grew up in Spring Valley, and received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UCSD, Dental degree from UCLA School of Dentistry, and a Certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics at the West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Hospital.

Dr. MacPherson has been a frequent volunteer in dental clinics since 2013. Currently, she is a volunteer instructor for the Prosthodontics Residency Program at the VA hospital in West Los Angeles. She is also a member of many dentistry organizations including The American College of Prosthodontists, San Diego County Dental Society, and The American Dental Association.
