Dr. Masso is an exceptional dentist who is truly concerned about his patients and very transparent in his dealings. He wishes the best for his patients and explains every possible treatment option with the pros and cons so that patient's consent and agreement is involved in each one of his steps. He has a wonderful sense of humor and tries his best to make the treatment as less stressful as it possibly can. He and his wife were always there when I was having a rough time during my semester. It was very hard to find experienced and genuine dentists like him who go out of their way to ensure patient satisfaction. He is very accommodating with followup meetings as well. I will definitely recommend him.

Excellent Dentist!!! Dr. Masso and his wife Ana are wonderful people and very passionate about what they do! I trust them and I know I am getting the latest in dental technology. They walk with you all the way through the treatment, including calling you at home. It all started one afternoon when my wife's my very front tooth cracked...she was desperate and they answered the phone at 5:30pm. There was no hesitation to have her come in and they stayed till late to review what was actually going on in her mouth. You want his expertise and passion for excellent dentistry.

If you want a flawless, painless, phenomenal, and professional dental visit, this is where you want to go! Many people cringe-up at the thought of having dental work done. I know that because I used to be one of those people! But all of that changed when I encountered John Masso and his staff! From the time you walk into the office until their final follow-up call to see how you are doing (a courtesy some people rarely extend anymore), you know that you are in great-hands! I would never dream of seeing another dental professional now that I've been to Belcourt Family Dentistry; and specifically John Masso! On a scale of one-to-ten, I would rate Mr. Masso a solid Twelve! He is the best among the best. I've been using Dr. Masso as my dentist for the past 6 years. He is a dentist that will go the extra mile. Unlike my previous experiences with other dentists, Dr. Masso is with you through your entire visit, not much time with dental assistants. I believe doing this allows him to notice things other dentists would normally pass up. Not only is he a very thorough and skilled dentist, he's also very personable. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I've been going to Dr Masso for 10+ years also. He is the only dentist I trust. He is super patient: one time he worked on a tooth for 5 hours just to save me a root canal. That was 10 years ago, and so far so good. If his prices seem higher, that's because he uses the latest technology and materials, which is what I want. I highly recommend.

Have been seeing Dr. Masso for 10 years and been very pleased. He goes over everything he's found and even shows you on the x-rays what the problems are. He gives you all your options and all the info so you can decide for yourself what to do. Not to mention there's none of the waiting a week for a crown as he does all of it in his office. We've been steadily working on my smile and I've been thrilled with the results.

Dr. Masso is very patient and is often quite funny. He's very amusing and truly enjoys working on your teeth, but it isn't lost on him that you do not. As he says, your teeth are his playground. I needed some implants and he was very thorough and I would trust him with the job again. If there are any issues, he will absolutely obsess over obtaining you a favorable outcome. That was huge for me. Implants aren't cheap and I wanted assurance that if something went wrong, he'd take care of it. I now have no doubt this conversation was unnecessary, he clearly takes pride in his craft and wants your success at least as much as you do.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Masso! Due to my negligence, my perfect smile was badly damaged. Masso was able to clean it up and brought my smile back to life! Although there is still a lot of work to be done to bring it back to its full potential, in 3 hours, Masso brought tears of joy to my eyes as it had been so long since I'd seen my pearly whites. Dr. Masso proved to me his passion for beautiful and healthy teeth. The ADA should be proud to have him in this profession! There should be more dentists out there like Masso, dedicated and passionate, keeping the concerns of his patients in mind! There is no price too high for beautiful, healthy smiles! Cannot wait to see the end results!

The most transparent dentist I have ever met. Dr. Masso is passionate and thorough in his work. He is straightforward with his patients (instead of turning a blind eye to other problems like many other dentists when you go for emergency work). He takes the time to explain any issue he sees and will answer any questions you have to your satisfaction. He is also humourous which is good when you�re not a big fan of dental work.

Absolutely obnoxious prices. Diagnosed me with more problems than I actually had and proposed a ~$15,000 treatment plan. Saw another doctor after him who said it would cost me less than $400 to get everything fixed. Would not recommend him at all. He was nice and very friendly to talk to but my appointment lasted longer than 3 hours which was unnecessary. Recommended only if you have great insurance or a lot of money and are in need of an immediate procedure because he is able to see you sooner than other places.
