The worst expierence ever. I had an issue with this office every single time. I advise you to look elsewhere while you can. If you deal with Ronny make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing because he will make you false promises for you to sign up for any kind of treatment and then switch what he originally said when the time comes. I REGRET coming to this location.

I have been doing Invisalign at Smile Cafe for three years. Below is my real experience at Smile Cafe: 1) The appointment is never on time. They usually keep you waiting for 20 mins after u arrive at your appointment time. 2) Charging is not transparent. I am having an in office plan monthly payment plan. However, when new charges come in, they would just add the balance on your in-office plan account without letting u know. 3) At one point, Invisalign is causing my gum to bleed and I worried maybe the Invisalign does not fit my teeth. I went to see the doctor and they dismissed it as a temporary issue nothing serious. Four weeks later when I went in for a regular check, they told me the Invisalign does not fit my teeth. On top of this, I waited for more than three months for the new aligner to come. 4) I'm on a payment plan, they keep charging my credit card even after my balance is zero. 5) I can not rely on Delta dental to file an insurance claim for me, I need to do everything myself. They first forgot to file the claim for me. After receiving my request, the claim was filled but my insurance company never received it :) Doing everything by yourself will be more efficient. I'm pretty happy with my end result coz my teeth are straight. However, everything else was terrible. As a customer, had I done more research I would not choose smile Cafe. It's too late and expensive for me to switch to a new place after spending almost 10k at this place.

UNMERITED ONE STAR!!! HOLD ON TO YOUR POCKETBOOKS!! MEET AN ELITE TEAM OF DENTAL CROOKS!! What happens when you combine a team of uncompromising narcissists with a dental degree and a DREAM? You get the UBER $UCCE$$FUL, organized, dental MEGA-machine, SMILE CAFE and DMDs with la$er sharp BLINDNESS to ETHICS and enameled hearts. Imagine being SURROUNDED by a TEAM OF ORALLY HYGIENIC FISCAL SNIPERS GOING IN FOR THE KILL SHOT. I never understood the phrase 'filthy' rich UNTIL I stepped through those doors. It's a repugnant stench--like a mixture of burnt iron, caffeine and EXCREMENT! THESE DMDs are so success driven, they appear to have become neurologically incapable of caring and respecting those less fortunate! It required 'DIVINE INTERVENTION' for this team to 'break script/routine' and realize I wasn't just another chump in the chair, I was a HUMAN BEING! I never knew mental illness could be 'MEDICAL GRADE'!! I did get (most) of my veneer rebonded. Why? Because I started having a panic attack and PRAYED TO GOD ALOUD! They DAZZLE with all the fancy equipment and on-site lab. They even took pics and placed a MIRROR in my MOUTH to have detailed visuals. Impressive? Yes, but it's part of their CON!! They hype you up and then rip you off! Culture is AGGRESSIVE UPSELLING of 'QUESTIONABLY NECESSARY' dental work while simultaneously CREATIVELY 'MAGNIFYING THE COMPLEXITY' of the procedure. Initially, Dr. Noor seemed charming but I later realized it's a facade. Dr. Noor 'accidentally on-purpose' LOST (wink wink) TOSSED the back piece of my veneer. He didn't tell me, so though I arrived with 2 pieces, only 1 was piece found) SMH!! They spend $$$$ on fancy equipment but were completely careless with my veneer, which for ME was a LARGE EXPENSE! Next, Dr. Noor invited Dr. Lederman (MASTER CON MAN) to offer me a 'consult'. I had 1 cracked veneer and he said I needed 4 remade at the hefty price tag of $2600 each by him (30 years experience, ergo, the GOLDEN TOUCH). Lederman actually demanded his staff to remove me from the dental chair when he learned that I did not have the fee he requested. NO LIE!! I need 4 NEW veneers but since I can't pay cash and won't finance $10K, the NEW SCAM strategy is to get me to pay or finance a REPLACEMENT of my single cracked one. I was told EXPLICITLY that the whole tooth MUST be replaced but a junior dentist would only charge me $1200-$1500. Jr. DMD draws me a pic to help me get a better 'understanding' of the 'elaborate and detailed work' that justified the replacement of my veneer because re-bonding the 2 cracked pieces (that I brought with me) was IMPOSSIBLE! My head starts SPINNING! All I know is my front middle veneer is cracked and I cannot go back out in public with a cracked front veneer. I'm devastated, frantic and about to hyperventilate. I'm not TOO PROUD to ADMIT that I BEGGED for dental help at Smile Cafe. I OPENED MY BANKING APP and SHOWED the 'FINANCING' girl EVERY PENNY I HAD IN MY ACCOUNT to get HELP!! I began chanting the SERENITY PRAYER OUT LOUD and pacing so I wouldn't start BAWLING HYSTERICALLY. HIGHER POWER came to my rescue and 'MIRACULOUSLY', my 'irreparable' (wink wink) cracked veneer was re-bonded (though the back piece was missing due to Dr. Noor's negligence) in a 12 minute procedure for $350. They wanted MUCH MORE. They even asked me to OPEN A CREDIT ACCOUNT TO CHARGE THE BONDING! They wanted me to use credit for them to APPLY adhesive/GLUE to a SINGLE TOOTH (yet Dr. Noor TOSSED A PIECE). Smile Cafe effortlessly blends BRAGGADOCIOUS DECEPTION and UNBRIDLED GALL! They are HARD CORE, DIRTY DENTAL, MONEY MONSTER$! THESE 'DMDs' looked me in my eyes and only saw $$$ $ign$!! They are 'humanesqued CAVITIES' in dire need of an ETHICAL and EXISTENTIAL ROOT CANAL. I went here after having severe pain on my lower tooth. Dr.Noor didn�t care about the pain and told me to �take painkillers� and �polished� my teeth without asking me but I wasn�t even able to sleep with that kind of pain. I eventually went to an urgent care clinic to find out I had to get a root canal surgery because I had irreversible Pulpitis. And this doctor still charged my insurance for polishing my teeth. He is just looking to charge your insurance and not even looking to fix your pain. Don�t waste your time or money here.

My first time experience at Smile Cafe was great! I was recommended by my two cousins who also got their braces here and they were right about telling me to come here. Everyone is very professional and friendly and I am very excited to see my teeth results in the future.

What an amazing experience.The staff is beyond efficient. No waiting time. They had me in the chair within 5 minutes of arriving. The Doctor was thorough and filled my cavity within an hour. I highly recommend this place for all of your dental needs

Front desk - very positive, professional experience with helpful and patient employee (Nancy?) Hygenists/assistants - incredibly friendly and helpful; explained every step of the process and were pleasant to be around Doctor - very relaxed, down-to-earth and easy to talk to about dental matters; I trusted the advice he gave me because he explained everything in a way that showed his expertise but also allowed me to understand as a patient Office/business manager? - I was given a few options for a retainer, but the person in charge of explaining the options and pricing to me didn't explain it the same as the doctor. Worse, he presented two seemingly unhelpful options to me and he spent 10 minutes attempting to pressure me into choosing an $800 option that I didn't need (he wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars on a set of upper retainers I already had). After I said I wanted to leave and call other dentist offices to compare prices, he finally asked the doctor to come in who was able to explain everything much better and did not attempt to pressure me into spending unnecessary money

Everyone is very friendly and I got a good cleaning through groupon. However, I was told I needed one of my cavities refilled. I also agreed to a bottom retainer. I paid for the cavity refill and retainer upfront and in full before my services were performed. But after my cavity refill, it now hurts whenever I eat. I no longer trust there services. I will not go back to get a retainer from them. I have also been advised by my friends and family that I should never pay anything in full upfront before the services are provided. I should always pay a small down payment first. I no longer trust this business and will be taking my services elsewhere to fix my tooth.

DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!! It's called Smile Cafe but should really be named 'Smile, you're getting hustled and free cup of coffee'. I don't even want to give 1 star but it's not an option. The 1 star is required and I'm not totally resentful of it because Tanya and Dr. Suri treated me with dignity and respect during my visit on 5/8/18. I cracked my front middle tooth porcelain veneer at 10a and since my original dentist was booked all day, I made an emergency dental appointment with Dr. Noor for 12:30p via ZocDoc. HERE'S THE RUSE--They hype you with all the fancy equipment and on-site lab. They even took pics and placed a mirror in my mouth to have incredible detailed visuals. Impressive? Yes, but it's part of their HUSTLE!! They hype you and then hustle the heck out of you. The facility is nice but the culture is aggressive upselling of 'questionably necessary' dental work while simultaneously creatively 'MAGNIFYING' the complexity of the procedure. First, Dr. Noor seemed charming but I later realized it's a manipulative facade. By the way, Dr. Noor (who seems to be the main Invisalign hustler) actually LOST the back piece of my veneer and never told me, so though I arrived with 2 pieces, only 1 piece was able to be found) SMH!! It's amazing how they spend $$$$$ on fancy equipment but were completely careless with my veneer--which for me was a large expense! Next, Dr. Noor invited his colleague, Dr. Lederman (the 'renowned' veneer expert) to offer a 'consult'. Both dentists were 'polite' until they realized I was not going to spend over $10K on veneers or accept their 'financing' plan. I had 1 cracked veneer and they said I needed 4 remade at the hefty price tag of $2600 each by Dr. Lederman (the dentist with 30 years experience, ergo--the golden touch). OMG!! He actually demanded his staff to remove me from the dental chair when he learned that I did not have the fee he requested. NO LIE. He literally screamed at them right in front of my face and kicked me out the chair. Nothing could be more evident than the fact that neither Drs. Noor or Lederman considered my issue worthwhile financially. Now remember, according to Dr. Lederman (30 year vet), I need 4 new veneers but since I can't pay cash and won't finance $10K, now the strategy is to get me to pay in full for a replacement of my single cracked one. I was told EXPLICITLY that the whole tooth had to be replaced but a junior dentist would only charge me $1200-$1500. The dentist attempted to draw me an image of the elaborate details necessary to justify the complete replacement of the veneer because re-bonding the 2 cracked pieces (that I brought with me) would not be feasible. My head is spinning with confusion at this point. All I know is my front middle veneer was cracked, I had an appointment to fix it and I was unwilling to leave the office with a cracked veneer. It was hard enough to walk around publicly with a cracked front tooth to get to the dentist's office. Furthermore, I didn't have $1200-$1500 to spend on the junior dentist to replace it. Now, I actually started panicking and saying the 'Serenity Prayer' because Dr. Lederman kicked me out and I'm not willing to spend $1200-$1500 right before Mother's Day on a new veneer. Now, I'm frightened and had to just continuously chant the Serenity Prayer to keep myself from bawling hysterically. Anyhow, Higher Power came to my rescue because Tanya and Dr. Suri worked something out for me. Somehow 'miraculously', my previously 'irreparable' (wink wink) cracked veneer was re-bonded (though the back piece was missing due to Dr. Noor's carelessness) in a 12 minute procedure for $350 cash. They wanted much more but I didn't have that much to spend so Tanya made a genuine effort to work with me. But trust me, if I would have financed $ for bonding, they would have surely been taken it. Smile Cafe is in the business of cleverly manufacturing smiles as they swindle and manipulate patients and insurance companies out of $. Read other reviews.

The Invisalign Doctors are very profesional but the Doctor for the cleaning very rude and unprofessional. She only want to see that you are going to spend a lot of monkey otherwise she don�t take care of you and also made you feel uncomfortable. Never recomed this place. Bad service!

One of the best offices in NYC. Came in and was greeted by Nancy, she was super nice and patient with me. She made it feel comfortable and pleasant. I got offered complementary drinks and was in and out quick. She made it feel like VIP service, didn't feel like a boring dentist office. Highly recommend this place! Great staff and great service.

I was very turned off by my initial visit here. The two receptionist were arguing over which parts they would complete to check me in. After being called in the music was loud enough to be a club which isn�t my idea of a dentist visit. I also didn�t appreciate my dentist dangling the prospect of a job around me just because I mentioned I recently graduated PA school, which I truly regretted because the visit became a � I�ll talk to some people I know and get you a job�. It felt very fake. I would not recommend coming here.

My husband and I purchased a groupon to do exam, clean,and whitening package. After they did the clean on my husband teeth the found several issues so couldn�t perform whitening services. They examed my teeth and said oh you need bracers. We were offered financing. I�m like but I didn�t received my clean he goes or you wanted that too. I like really that what I paid for if I�m not mistaken. Ok then next they came up with a bill over 12 thousand to do work on my husband teeth and my bracers. We agreed to have the work done and they charged us upfront for all the services. On my husband first visit he did a root canal and was sent him in pain with non prescription. He had no antibiotics or pain killers. He was in severed pain. We had to call them to request them to send over prescription to our pharmacy. My husband next visit they said oh we are not an equipped facility to do the other root canal. Mind you they already got the money for the service. His third visit they only did two (2) filling and they told him there were doing three (3). He came home and told me they only did 2but let�s see if they will say they did 3. And they sure did say they did 3. My husband had given them some many chances to get it correct but Boy oh boy. They are some thieves. Next to the one the same day they did my molds using play dough I called and email them saying I want to cancel. Now they are saying I need to pay $1000. And it will be there as a credit for any future work. This people are insane. I am not interested in doing business. But it gets even scarier the doctor called my phone (harassing me after hours) asking my if I didn�t got a full refund from the company because they took the money back from him and told him that they gave me a full refund. I said sir I have no need to lie to you your company did not gave me a full refund. Beware of this company!!!! Stay away!!! Horrible horrible!!!

I would give no stars at all! This place is a scam! So, I bought a groupon which was for a cleaning, exam, and x-rays. I made an appointment through ZocDoc 2 weeks ahead. I wrote that I had a groupon, wanted check-up, cleaning and, probably, a consultation for Invisalign. They sent me a dozen emails, text messages to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Well, today I had the worst experience ever. Basically, I spent 40 min in and out of chair, they did so many pictures of my teeth, x-rays etc, then after that, someone explained me what migh be done about the space betwen my teeth. I said, yeah, we could do it next time for sure. I asked about my cleaning, and got no detailed answer on it. After doctor gave me a brief explanation on how Invisalign works, they sent me to a small room to discuss my payment options for Invisaligh and completely ignored my questions about cleaning. When I asked firmly how can I get my cleaning done, I was told that they could not do it at the time and I had to come back! I have a very busy schedule, cancelled a business meeing this morning to make that appointment. And they just could not do it! I left right away, wasted my time and money, and guess what? I made an appointment online through Zoc Doc, so, just in a couple of minutes after I left that place, I got an email from Zoc Doc which said that I missed my appointment and my account will be blocked if I do it again. That scamers made me look like I did not show up because in that case I would not be able to write a review on them! Don't go there because you won't get the service you want, get disrespect, and waste you time and money. I should have read reviews about them more careful.

Their receptionist Christy is great. Everything else was not a good experience. Uber quick ʻcleaning.ʻ Just felt like they are getting patients in and out of there as fast as possible to tell them how much ʻworkʻ they need done on their teeth. And after a $3700 ʻout of pocketʻ treatment plan. Which I had to wait 3 days to get the information/cost on, and had to play phone tag with the ʻfinanceʻ guy to get; I donʻt feel comfortable paying that kind of money to Smile Cafe.

Called to obtain an extraction referral. The lady at the front desk told me to hold on & that they were really busy then hung up on me. I called back two more times and she did the same thing. So I decided to come in. I arrived about 30 later and there wasn�t any patiences seated or waiting to be seen. The referral I received was extremely vague, didn�t even have my name on it. I asked if my dental x-rays could be sent to my current dentist and the guy said no and that they could only be sent to my e-mail. I asked him, shouldn�t they be sent directly to my dentist office so that my records could be easily referenced ? He said, he didn�t know. There was much he didn�t know and during our convo he had to go and ask the guy seated in the small little office to the left, then he�d come back and say something else that didn�t make sense. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I gave it one star only because I had too.

I had not gone to the dentist in years, Smile Cafe made it a wonderful experience. First of all, I received a phone call shortly after scheduling my appointment online and indicating I was nervous. The they wanted to assuage my fears and answer any questions. The facility itself is fun and bright and everyone was so kind. All my issues were explained to me in detail, and there were an array of financing options. I would definitely reccomend Smile Cafe, especially to those like me who had gone far too long between checkups.

I arrived at Smile Cafe approximately 30 minutes before my cleaning appointment. I was happy to see my X-rays, that my previous dentist had sent, was already in my file. The waiting area was unique and clean; the front desk lady was very nice. I was taken in the back where the assistant took some pictures and prepared me for the hygienist. The assistant was very knowledgeable and answered all of my question. The hygienist was very thorough and also answered all of my questions; she was even able to hand scale, then use the Cavitron as well; she then polished (some clinics do not hand scale nor do they polish!); so this was great. I could tell she was really trying to get some of the stains/plaque out of some areas and not just quickly go over every tooth. Then she gave some great pointers on oral hygiene and was even able to answer many of my specific questions (I am a dental student so I asked a lot of questions so I can learn). Then the doctor came and he was great; nice, patient, explained everything and even answered all of my dental questions for approximately 30 minutes. The doctor made me feel really comfortable coming there just for a cleaning; sometimes dentists don't spend any time with you, once they realize you have no health issues and just came for a cleaning. He even made a diagram for me and used props to help me better understand some of the technical questions I asked him. The location was very convenient because of buses, subways and of course taxis everywhere in NY. As a second year dental student at NYU with some basic understanding of procedures and how a clinic should be run, this place was great!

My experience was wonderful the office was spotless the customer service was excellent. The Hygienist was humorous and caring gave me the details of what was going to be done. Music playing in the background was comforting i have no complaints about anything that happened and would recommend it to my friends. I have no complaints about anything and if were a bit more affordable i would go all the time and all my dental work

I arrived just a few minutes before my appointment time and was seen almost right away. All of the staff members were remarkably friendly and warm, while also doing their jobs well. My dental hygienist walked me through my x-rays and plan of care before cleaning my teeth. She carefully reviewed my concerns and questions and gave me a thorough, yet gentle cleaning. Dr Noor was also very personable and took his time to speak with me after my cleaning. I highly recommend this dental care team: modern and organized, while also maintaining a friendly and light atmosphere. I had an excellent experience here. Who ever says that about their trip to the dentist? ;)

I had such a great experience here. I hadn't been to the dentist in many years, so I was a little nervous. The staff was super nice and understanding of that. Each step was explained in full detail before anything happened. I knew at all times what tools they were using and why they were taking pictures of my teeth. At the end, I got to speak to the dentist one on one and look at the before and after pics. He explained options for retainers/braces and was very friendly. I also learned how to floss better and was on my way within an hour. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at the Smile Cafe Dental Spa were very nice, the wait wasn't to long. I was seen 10 minutes upon arrival and they made sure that i was comfortable. I also like the fact that they were able to sit down with me and tell me what was going on with my teeth. I would recommend the Smile Cafe to my friends, family and anyone who needs a dental office. I was referred to smile caf� by a friend, and it was the best decision I've ever made. The staff was warm and welcoming. The office is very clean and inviting. The best. My dentist was not available at that moment of emergency. Found Dr. Noor on the internet and scheduled an appointment. Procedure was painless. I complained about diastema, my previous cosmetic dentist was unable to correct. After emergency treatment was completed diastema also miraculously disappeared!

Smile Cafe is one amazing establishment. My daughter has been a patient for a few years now and I too am a patient. We are extremely satisfied with the care the entire staff expresses. Dr. Noor is a friendly, respectable and truly cares about his patients needs. I had the pleasure of meeting Malanie as she is now my Hygienist..... she is excellent. I'm not usually one to write reviews, however, Smile Cafe hands down was one of my best experiences at a dentist office. Everyone there that I spoke with (front desk, staff, and Dr's) were all very friendly and ensured that I felt comfortable; they were very informative and made sure to answer any questions I had. A trip to the dentist is not usually something you look forward to, but I must say I am now looking forward to my next visit.

All the staff at Smile Cafe are very helpful, informative and friendly. At my visit I had a very clear idea about the procedure at hand from the doctor and I was immediately put at ease. The office manager helped me to schedule the future procedure at the most convenient and suitable time for my schedule and for my insurance coverage. I felt very well taken care of.

It was my first visit at Smile Cafe and I was very please. The service was very good, the receptionist was amazing at answering questions and made me feel very comfortable. I really liked the atmosphere of the office and love the mini bar with beverages.When I came in, the receptionist greeted me, took all my info for the appointment and offer me something to drink which was very nice considering that it was really hot outside . I can't say enough great things about this office. I was very early and ready to just wait until my appointment. The wonderful staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and got me in ahead of time. Ingrid gave me the best cleaning I think I've ever had. Aura and Ingrid where incredibly kind and thoughtful. Dr. Noor was straightforward, honest, not pushy at all regarding the next step for my teeth. First and foremost I was very pleased to have arrived at the time of my appointment and be seen right away. I haven't been to the dentist in quite a long time so you can imagine the anxiety I had! But the staff made it such a pleasant experience. Jose, one of the assistants, was so clear and precise with instructions and procedures which is a BIG PLUS. We had a great conversation while I took some X-rays and photos and waited for the dentist which helped ease my nervousness so much! Overall excellent staff very professional and great office. So happy I chose this dental office.

Fantastic experience at the dentist! From the start of the appointment (right on time) through the cleaning and the consolation, I felt cared for and well-informed. The whole staff is knowledgable, friendly, and courteous. I found out that I've been grinding my teeth for years, which explains the headaches I often wake up with. Within a few minutes of my first visit, this problem had not only been diagnosed, but several different treatments solutions tailored to my needs and budget were presented. I have had my teeth cleaned from previous dentists and I was not looking forward to going to yet another dentist cleaning to say the least. When I arrived at Smile Cafe my feelings slowly began to change. It was not long before I arrived that the friendly staff put me in a better mood all from there kindness, smiles and good humor. Not to mention the music and what accounts for the best teeth cleaning I ever received in all my life. Truly. I was eagerly searching for a new dentist/hygienist online, because I felt that the one I had previously did not do the job thoroughly. At my previous dentist I would go in and come out feeling the same. On the other hand, it was love at first sight for me when I visited Smile Cafe. I found Smile Cafe on ZocDoc and was able to make an appointment myself easily; and on top of that I filled out all the forms online. When the appointment time arrived I didn't have to do anything at all because they already had it in the system. When I got there the secretary offered me something to drink. The office is very clean, and everything is decorated so vibrantly. The assistants are THE BEST! They greet you in a friendly way which made me feel like I knew them for years. My appointment was at 3pm and they called me in at like 3:07 (my wait time wasn't so long since I pre filled all forms online). I met MELANIE which was my hygienist. Now she is a true professional. SHE DID THE JOB! Everything was so perfect. It made me love visiting the dentist even more. I just hope other people will love it as much as I do. I will definitely refer this to all my friends!

I was there as a new patient not too long ago with some work to be done. I had a delicate condition into which the hygienist didn't want to pursue cleaning my teeth due to my health issues, I was asked to go see my intern and obtain two copies of forms to be signed by my doctor to relinquish THEM any responsibility in case something happens. I came back two weeks later. Was sat down and they had me rinse my mouth, but that's where it ended. The forms that I handed to them weren't enough, so this hygienist calls my doctor for inquiries regarding my condition, and promptly I was told by all parties that they couldn't proceed with any cleaning. Now Why did they ask me to bring in the signed forms from my doctor when in fact, they had NO intention of working on my teeth in the first place?? I came from afar to make that appointment, and I didn't get home until very late in the evening. But, they gave me a toothpaste,toothbrush, and dental floss so as to not feel bad, Yeah....BIG DEAL!! But still. I thought that was very unprofessional of them to have me waste my precious time going down there when they had NO intentions of working on me at all. I will NOT recommend that place. They are kind of high phalootin' and lofty in their ways, and I guess I don't meet their standards of a well to do class of clientele that they're used to. It could be that I'm disabled that makes these people skittish too. I guess I'm better off w/o their "services" good riddance!

Upon entering the smile cafe located on park avenue i was immediately seen by the dentist with little to no wait at all. All of the staff that i encountered during my visit were, super friendly and introduced themselves to me. I've never felt so welcome at an establishment in my life. I had a great experience at the Smile Cafe! The team was very warm and welcoming. I only waited a couple minutes after my appointment time to be taken back to the chair. The dental hygienist, Melanie, was very nice, and quick and efficient at doing my cleaning and updating me on the state of my teeth. I kept putting off going to the dentist, saying that I'd get around to it, but in a gust of confidence, I made an appointment. They were able to see me in two days, so there were no excuses. I walked in and immediately saw the colorful bubbles. Well, that made me happy. Then I met the staff. Everyone was so nice. They were RIDICULOUSLY NICE. I loved talking to them, joking with them, and learning from them. They explained everything they were doing, so I never had any cause for concern. The same thing goes for the doctor. It was all so clear. He laid out things that I could do, things that I might want to do, and things that weren't necessary, but if I wanted them, we could do them. Then he laid out suggestions for the timeline. All with a smile on his face and jokes up his sleeve. It was easy, oddly fun, and just a comfortable place to be. I'll never go to any other dentist office again!

The hygienist was extremely competent (even tho I hadn't been to a dentist in years and have her quite a bit of work, she was friendly and informative, I couldn't believe Id been dreading this) the doctor gave me a complete vision of my dental health which was nowhere near as dire as I'd believed!! I tried many dentist that were just horrible, but the Smile caf� is the best. I don't have to look any further. The appointment was for my 8yr old son. The lounge was beautiful and the front assistant was very nice and fast. They took the time to talk to my son and give him the respect and time they would give to an adult. They explained the process to him and not just ignoring him to talk to me. We as his parents were so satisfies that we made appointments for ourselves. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

This is a very well-run office. Not only are the staff friendly and knowledgeable, they've set up workflows that value my time! For example, before my first appointment they emailed forms that I could fill out online instead of filling them out in person when I arrived. They also sent me reminders about my appointment. Finally, Smile Cafe has a policy of $75 if I miss or reschedule an appointment within 48 business hours, which I appreciate because it means that my appointment start time will always be honored -- they will rather turn away people who are chronically late then have them negatively affect other patients.

I was a little bit late to my appointment because I got stuck in the subway. When I finally arrived [15 minutes post my appointment time] I was kindly greeted and asked if I wanted anything to drink. My overall impression was great - and all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did have to wait until about 3:40 or so to be seen by the Doctor, but I was late in the first place so not sure if that had any impact or not.

It is unusual to find dental care of this quality. The waiting room is spacious, modern and clean. Dr. Noor is gentle, patient and takes the time to talk with you about your dental health. The hygienist who did my cleaning (Melanie) is thorough, she listened to my concerns and she explained everything very well. Even my Spanish-speaking mother-in-law, who usually hates going to the dentist, walked out of the office after her appointment with a smile. She has continued to rave about the quality of the care she received. I feel very lucky to have found the Smile Cafe and Dental Spa.

I have been Dr. Noor's patient for several years. I originally came to him for Invisalign, and continued with him as my dentist after completing the alignment treatment. Dr. Noor is very personable and caring. He always remembers me and what is going on in my life, and he always takes his time. Dr. Noor and his assistants were very helpful. I came to the office in pain, and found out that I had a very bad infection. I was in so much pain that I told them I wasn't leaving the office until something was done to stop it. I only had an appointment for a consultation, but Dr. Noor and his assistants stayed after they closed to make sure they took care of my infection. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, and will recommend Dr. Noor to family and friends.

After a 1 1/2 yr Invisalign treatment with another dentist, I was not happy with outcome and my bite was very far off. I found Dr. Noor, and he set me up with lingual attachments (attachments that go on the back side of your teeth, so as not to be visible). very few dentists in the country know how to use these, and they are so much more aesthetically pleasing. He also set me in trays that I could change out on a weekly basis. as opposed to the ones for every two weeks. What a huge difference that made. The trays fit better, they were more sanitary, and were much more comfortable because the movement did not have to be as extreme as they were when the trays were designed to stay in for two week periods. And instead of having to pull teeth (a recommendation from an experienced orthodontist), Dr. Noor had the foresight to see that it would be better to just open a space where my missing pre-molar should have been (i was born without this tooth), then a implant or bridge could be placed. I can't even tell you how much it means to have my bite back and be able to chew food properly. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Noor for what he has done for me. If anyone is researching dentists for Invisalign treatment, I highly recommend you see Dr. Noor for treatment. Even if you don't live in New York. You can fly in for one or two appointments and the trays can be sent to you. He can work with you long distance as long as you send him updated photos. I say- Get it done right the first time. It will be so worth it!

I truly do enjoy the experience AT Smile Cafe. It warrants a 4, possibly 5 star review. Having been a patient for about 2 years (4-5 visits) I can attest that the staff has been attentive, quick to offer feedback and advice and very pleasant. As others have noted, I need to point out that their marketing tactics are indeed far too "aggressive" and overbearing. I say that, yet I'm here writing this review, go figure... Also, riffing on some of the other comments, Cortney is the best hygienist out there! I am seemingly never apprehensive about visiting the dentist!

I went here for my first invisalign treatment and I was treated extremely well while I was there. Although it was pretty pricey, even with discounts, and I was a full time student back then, they made a payment plan that worked for me. The results were amazing, so amazing that I actually take my children there for their braces treatments.

I have been going to Dr.Noor for almost 8 years now. The staff at the Smile Cafe has by far been the most attentive medical professional I have ever experienced in the US or overseas. They always explain each procedure thoroughly and you feel relaxed esp if you like 80s music!

Great place. Dr. Noor and the other dentists and staff are so sweet and really put you at ease. Everyone is always willing to take their time with you and talk with you. They are great and in my opinion give you great advice without trying to sell you on procedures you don't need.

These 4 stars are only for my hygienist Cortney, she is the main reason I go to Smile Cafe. She's the best! So sweet and down to earth, and always gives great advice for keeping my teeth healthy. Request her if you can! The administrative stuff at Smile Cafe is a headache. SO many appt confirmation emails, texts, phone calls, and they never seem to know what's going on with my billing & insurance.

My experience wasn't too bad. Dr. Noor was great the whole time and walked me through every step he was doing. I had to get my attachments put back on and it was long process, but Dr. Noor made it seamless.

Dr, Noor is the best!!, he checks up on yu frequently to make sure that everything is OK. The office is very welcoming, very clean and comforting. Everyone there is very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this practice to anyone, I sent a few of my friends there!!

I had a great experience at Smile Cafe. I found the place through a Groupon and I'm so glad I did. The DAs were gentle and knowlegdable and the dentists were friendly and warm. I would definitely go back.

I have been very pleased with my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Noor and his courteous staff. Over the few years I've been in treatment, Dr. Noor has been excellent in working with me and my specific situation to hide the attachments from view of my smile since I work as a TV producer as well as a model. In fact, recently I got my first print advertisement due to my "winning" smile. The office is very clean and bright and they strive to take you at your designated time without waiting. I would definitely recommend the Smile Cafe and Dr. Noor as well as the dental hygienist, Courtney and Melanie. Luis is an excellent assistant to Dr. Noor and has been very helpful to me as well.

I , in my 23 years of livng, have never experienced a more comfortable dental exam than I did at Smile Cafe. That was actually the best doctor visit I've had for anything! The staff, especially Dr. Noor and his assitant Louis, are so polite and made me feel like I belonged there. Not to mention they are very knowlegdeable and informative. In short, my experience with Dr. Noor, Cortney (hygienist) and the rest of the team at Smile Caf� has been exceptional. I went to Dr. Noor for an Invisalign consultation. Dr. Noor did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. He was upfront about all the costs and his bedside manner really put me at ease. I was so pleased I decided to go ahead with it. Our first appointment they took a mold of my teeth and Dr. Noor patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). I was told they would call me as soon as they were ready and sure enough I got a call from the nice girl at the front desk. I went in again and Dr. Noor once again went over everything with me, from how long I should wear these, to proper cleaning. They scheduled a follow up appointments just to check in and see the progress. Fast forward 15 months and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Dr. Noor and his whole team are so nice and helpful. I recommended Dr. Noor to two other people who also had great experiences. Thank you Dr. Noor and all your staff!

I love Smile Cafe. This was the milagre I was searching for, in a very longtime. I never thought, or dreamed about having a beautiful smile that I have today, if I never discovered Dr Daniel Noor. You see for more than 20 years I couldn't smile eat or speak properly. This is just the truth, nobody paid me to tell my story. The reason why I'm so happy to share it, it's because someone out there who may not have hope, well this is your lucky day. The day I went to visit Smile Cafe it was indeed my luckiest day ever. I don't expect anyone who don't have major problems with their mouth to understand where I'm coming from. You heard me for many years I didn't find anyone Dentist, that would fix my mouth. Dr Noor is not just a great Doctor but he has a big heart. To him work is first, and he does it with love. I have a million dollar smile or I should say Hollyhood Smile. I haven't been a patient of Dr Noors for several years now but since I still get regular spam from them about my need for my next cleaning etc, I got the invitation to leave them a "glowing review" on google. I really wish I could but I can't without lying my butt off. Ronnie was their billing guy at the time and managed to accidentally charge me an extra $600 a month or two after I had finished paying off my invisalign treatment. I had to repeatedly call and email to get this remedied which was a ridiculous waste of my time since it wasn't my mistake in the first place. As an apology for that headache, I was offered a free cleaning, which they also tried to bill me for! And, worst of all, I now need gum surgery because when my penultimate invisalign treatment tray irritated my gums, Dr Noor advised me to just "rub the gums gently as it'll make them grow back" which is absolutely not true. Having spoken to another orthodontist since then, I should have been advised to go back to the previous tray and that tray should have been filed down to keep it from irritating my gums. In fact, the advice to rub my gums exacerbated the situation as I was continuing to irritate an already sensitive spot. My gums receded badly enough that I now need gum surgery. Go google that if you're curious. It's so horrifying and I am dreading every minute of the prep, surgery and the several months of recovery time. Thanks a lot smile cafe for charging me thousands of dollars to need a painful and expensive oral surgery.

I came in to get Invisalign almost a year ago. I really didn't know what to expect, but knew I wasn't happy with my smile. The results have been beyond anything I could ever imagine. Not only are my teeth perfectly straight, but my smile is wider! The results are better than anything I could ever imagine and I now get compliments on my smile all the time. Additionally, I have friends that are also using Invisalign at different offices and through the discussions with them I feel that my results have been faster with having less time at the dentist office.

This place is really great! The staff are friendly and accommodating and I have always been completely satisfied with my dental appointments here. And when it comes to Invisalign, Dr. Noor is the best! He treats me like a pal, not some random patient, and I can tell he really cares about MY satisfaction with my Invisalign treatment. This makes me feel confident in the outcome, and it makes me thankful that I decided to go to him in the first place. I would highly recommend his office to all of my friends and family!

can not say enough nice things about this office and the staff that work there. I went to the smile cafe for invisalign treat. My teeth look amazing! I am so happy with the results and they could not have been accomplished without the hard work of Dr Noor and his supportive and reliable staff. The entire office goes above and beyond for all of their patients. Whether it be Dr Noor emailing me back when I have questions, the dental hygienists encouraging me along or the lovely ladies in reception squeezing me in for last minute appointments. I never thought my teeth would look as good as they do now. I would HIGHLY recommend the Smile Cafe to everyone I know. When it comes to dentist Dr Noor it as good as it gets!
