This was my first visit and had a great experience. The staff was professional and so friendly. Dr. Nikchevich was the best. Prior to my surgery, he explained exactly what would be happening using diagrams and a full facial image scan. He was so calming and reassuring during the surgery. My post-op instructions by staff were extremely clear and thorough. It made everything easy to understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Nikchevich and his staff for any oral or plastic surgery.

Love the people there. Both Dr. Michael and the nurses were just so caring and did a perfect job. I was able to make an appointment within hours from the call (lucky me!), got my wisdom tooth removed in a heartbeat and experienced no pain whatsoever. Dr. Michael gave me a call later on same day to ask how I was doing, and kindly answered the phone when I called back later with a question. It healed beautifully after less than a week. Superb!!

If you are fine with standard of care medicine, this office is above average. I know Dr Ozaki is an excellent surgeon and to him, our little procedure was nothing. But for us, it was my childs first time going under anesthesia and she was very nervous. I calmly and politely asked to stay with her while her IV was administered and was told that it was against office policy. They actually wanted to take my 10 year old child BY HERSELF from the waiting room back to the operating room!? What parent would consent to this? Also, I had only met with the dr for about 10 mins during our initial consultation which was months prior and I had to request to speak with him before he operated on my child. No greeting, no review of the surgical plan. At this point, I am now being looked at as an over protective, high maintenance parent, even my husband noticed this. Sadly, I know this is how many medical offices operate and it is the condition of medicine in our society. But I also know there are offices out there that dont operate this way and are much more respectful of patients as individual human beings and would NEVER expect a minor to just walk into an OR by herself with a bunch of people she has never met. From now on, I will find those offices! I will advocate better for my loved ones and myself. I will not be back here.

If you need an oral surgeon or dental implant, Dr. Nikchevich and his team are truly the best! I first saw him in May of this year and felt immediately at ease with him. He is professional but also warm and friendly. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. Nevertheless, because Im afraid of all things dental, it took me another 4 months to book the appointment for extraction and implant placement! Again, he and his staff were kind and made me feel very comfortable. I had a couple of specific requests that they handled without making me feel embarrassed. He walked me through the entire procedure. It was actually quite easy!! I had no pain at all during the procedure and only minimal discomfort after the anesthesia wore off. Really!! He is the best at what he does but he is also kind and compassionate. I have two more implants to go but I am in the best hands with Dr. Nic and his team! Thank you!!

From the time I spoke to Linda setting up my appointment I was impressed. She provided the service we all wish for. I called several times with questions and each of my concerns were answered and all of my required paper work was completed at my first visit. After a short wait, I was introduced to Denise, the doctors assistant who thoroughly explained my procedure. She was so warm, pleasant and caring. When I met with Dr. Nikchevich he explained in detail my procedure and his experience in the field. Within moments he addressed all of my concerns. Such a pleasant and caring doctor. I was very nervous for my appointment to get my wisdom tooth extracted but from the moment I arrived I felt at ease being in such a beautiful practice and being welcomed in by the lovely women at the front. I really hit the jackpot with finding Dr Sarkisian, she is truly one of a kind and I will only be going to see her for any future work I may need. She was very professional yet personable and friendly which made me feel very relaxed going into the procedure. The procedure itself went perfect, it was fast, I couldn't feel any pain and turns out I didn't need to be nervous at all. My recovery went well and they went to great efforts with post care and check ups after my surgery. Each staff member did whatever they could to make me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety. (I needed an extraction) Dr. Sarkisian was thorough explaining the procedure and what to expect during and after the procedure. They sent me home with a pamphlet outlining the dos and donts while healing, as well as supplies. It was a painless extraction thanks to the competency of Dr. Sarkisin and her staff. They just about did a dance to calm me. I received a call from the office in the afternoon asking how I was doing and Dr. Sarkisian called me early evening to check up on me. His professionalism, knowledge, and skills far surpass several Oral Surgeons my history has come in contract with.
