I visited this location with my kid. The doctor Luca was a very good doctor and provided awesome information for what my child needed as far as services and made an appropriate referral.

Dr. Louca has been our kids' dentist for the past 11 years. She and her staff are super professional and we drive from another town to receive her elite services. Everyone from the front office staff, Rosemary and Katie, to her/our hygienist, Shawna, are always so pleasant and very helpful with everything. Dr. Louca herself goes above and beyond as a pediatric dentist and has found and worked with us through teeth issues on each of my children. My kids look forward to going to see her and she knows about them on a personal level as well. I would recommend her to anyone!

We recently switched to Dr. Louca & wish we�d done it sooner! She is fantastic with our boys! She�s very calm and reassuring with her approach. And, she doesn�t push unnecessary procedures just to increase the bill. Dr. Louca and all of her staff are very attentive and responsive to the patients� needs, as well as the parents. Just this week they rescheduled things last minute to get us in for an emergency visit. They were all so kind during a stressful time. It�s clear they have the best interest of the patient in mind with all they do. Fun for the kids - each child picks a DVD to watch during their visit and receives a coin to pick out a treat when they leave. My boys sure love that part. They are no longer afraid of the dentist!

Dr. Sonia is awesome! Super sweet and gentle with the kids. My 7 yr daughter has weak enamel and recently had 4 cavities. Dr. Sonia was very patient and talked to her the whole time during the process, explaining everything she was doing but with words that were calming and understandable to my daughter. Dentist shots are the worst but Dr. Sonia is such a thoughtful, patient and careful dentist that my girl don't flinch or cry. The office is bright and open and calm with the usual kid comfort stuff (movie screens in the ceiling above the chairs, prizes etc). If you are looking for a pediatric dentist or are unhappy with your current on I highly recommend Dr Sonia. My kids LOVE her and look forward to going for their checkups.

Dr. Louca and her whole staff are wonderful! The only thing that could make it better would be having Friday hours, otherwise we have no complaints!

Dr Louca is truly one of the best in the metroplex. Top notch practice, all around. Her patience and kindness to both the kids and the parents makes going to the dentist seem easy. No matter how busy the day is..she will take the time to make my son understand exactly what she is doing and he feels comfortable. And just like her, all of the office staff are very kind and very knowledgable. He loves Dr Louca and so do we!

I have been taking my kid to Dr. Sonia Louca for last 3-4 months and I am extremely satisfied. She did through examination of kid and charted out the best possible plan. My kid was never scared of the procedure and Dr made sure he is comfortable. While my kid was enjoying movie, she did all procedure with ease without my son complaining once. I will recommend Dr. Sonia Louca.

I recently moved to the DFW area from the Virgin Islands and as you can imagine I had no idea where to start in looking for a dentist for my five year old. I first went to another office and it felt like an assembly line and I wasn't comfortable in how they were just trying to talk me into drastic decisions immediately. After some google searches I found Dr. Louca. What a wonderful experience. My daughter has a few complications which makes it a little harder to get things done and she was beyond kind, patient and willing to help this first time mom not totally lose her mind. She has a very customer centered approach where if you call to speak with her you will actually get to talk to her personally. She even did additional research to refer my daughter to other specialists who could help with her complicated case and made very good recommendations. I think we are on the right track now and I am totally confident in Dr. Louca and her caring nature. I am so lucky to have found her. So many times we go to doctors and it feels like an assembly line and for the first time in a long time it wasn't like that for our family.

We have had great experiences with Dr. Louca and her staff. Dr. Louca always shows that she truly cares. She takes the time to talk to us assuring that we understood all that we need to. Our 4 year old daughter is relaxed and at ease as the staff makes sure she is comfortable. We really like Dr. Louca and her staff!

I was really impressed with Dr. Louca, her staff and her office. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Louca spent quite a bit of time with us explaining, listening, taking histories, examining, recommending and providing treatment. She told me things about both of my boys (dental issues) that I had not heard from other dentists. She was super patient with both of my boys, one has special needs, and the other has severe dentist/dental office anxiety. I can tell that she really cares about her patients and their parents. She explained things in a way that I could understand and took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. She made appropriate recommendations. The staff (front and back) were all very nice! The phone staff have also been extremely helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Louca!

I love the office, this is our first times and my kids were impressed with Dr. Louca. Staffs look friendly. They have a lovely way to check 2 years old and 3 years old boys. I'm highly recommend for kids.

I have read some of the reviews and have had the same AWESOME experience with Dr. Louca and her office as others. The office is super personal, super friendly, and really have taken the time to get to know and understand each of my 3 kids (ages 6, 8, & 10). My kids have zero fears going to the dentist and look forward to their visits....even with 2 of them needing fillings. We had a similar situation as the previous family....in that we also feel like Dr. Louca and her team were HEROS for me and my son when he had a head injury on a diving board. I had received a call from work that my son had knocked out his permanent front teeth on the diving board when he was with his grandparents. I did not know what to do. Dr. Louca's office (and in partnership with the Complete Smiles dentistry team next door) took my urgent, frantic call and found Dr. Louca at lunch to get me the information I needed. She came in and had his x-rays ready to talk me through what to expect as we waited for my son to arrive. Their office was packed with patients getting ready for back-to-school, but they fit us in and swooped him up and gave him the medical attention he needed. Dr. Louca was so kind and caring and made us all feel much better. In situations like this, the child AND parent are freaked....so it was super comforting having them there for us. I love the Coppell-community feel of this office and their staff. Our children are SO important to each of us and I feel grateful that we have such talented and personal medical attention so close to home. Oh...and I also love this office because I feel they are very accommodating to our schedule...we can get a good appointment time without having a 6 month wait. Trying to schedule the lives of 3 little kids does not always allow for such planning. So thank you for being so flexible Dr. Louca. Overall, 5 stars from me!!!! -25 Year resident of Coppell

Having a hygienist as a mom I have high expectations. Dr. Louca has gone above and beyond. Very professional staff as well.
