Dr. Huang is not only a professional, he cares about his patients like his own family. He made my son feel very comfortable during our visit (really great with kids). Prices are very fair, but most importantly, professional. I really like this place and recommend this dentistry to everyone

Dr. Rob and everyone in his office is so wonderful! My first visit was to repair a chipped tooth and as he was working he to the time to talk through and educate me on every step of the process which I thought was so awesome. He is very skilled and has an amazing personality! Dr. Robs office was so great that I brought them cupcakes to thank them for their kindness! You won't be disappointed if you choose Blue Pearl Dentistry!

I can't say enough great things about the staff at Blue Pearl Dentistry! Their customer service is unparalleled. You will not meet a more professional team. Diana is a champion - she goes beyond your typical chitchat to remember who you are, what you do, and generates all-around friendly conversation. Additional HUGE plus - they know their stuff when it comes to insurance. Extremely transparent - here's what your insurance covers, here's what it will cost you. Sad I can't go there anymore since I moved to NYC!

A huge thank you to Blue Pearl Dentistry for taking such amazing care of me! I have an extreme phobia of the dentist and hadn't been in a very long time. I had to get some major work done and I'm not sure I would have been able to do it without Dr. Huang, Diana and the rest of the incredible team. Every person there from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists were so kind, supportive and encouraging. Talking with Dr. Huang and Diana, we were able to put together a care plan for me that I understood and felt confident following. Dr. Huang's work was amazing, and I'm so happy with the results... and to finally have a healthy mouth again! He always made sure to explain what he was doing and consistently checked with me to see that I was comfortable and pain free. I was so pleased with my experience I even brought my 4 year old. The team is great with kids too and offer stickers and a small prize for being so brave. The office is super clean, modern and welcoming and the front desk staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and well organized. They send reminders for upcoming appointments, and even offer Saturdays. I will definitely be recommending Blue Pearl Dentistry to any friends or family looking for a great dentist.

Confession: I hadn't been to the dentist in like 4 years. I was definitely taking the dude approach but then I got grossed out and needed to find a dentist stat. A friend referred me to Dr. Huang and I'm so glad I went. He was so friendly and so professional. He made me feel very at ease and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Diane did my teeth cleaning and she was pretty awesome too. I'm getting Invisalign through Dr. Huang so will update my review when I'm done! Straight teeth here I come!

I recently got my teeth whitened for my wedding and decided to give Blue Pearl a shot based on rave reviews on Yelp. What an amazing staff - super friendly, and on point. Plus the office is super clean which is, of course, super important to me. My teeth looked fab for my big day. I'll definitely be back!

Wow! From the moment you walk into Blue Pearl you feel as if you aren't in a dentist office. It is so nice and refreshing to not walk into a "stuffy" office for once! Everyone who works there is so nice and full of smiles. The music playing is fun and energetic, and although that may sound like a small detail, that's what they've done so well... Everything down to the smallest detail is perfect!! Dr. Huang is very good at what he does. He makes you feel at home, and makes the procedure feel easy and smooth. I don't plan on ever switching dentists. My teeth have found their home!:) Thanks Blue Pearl!!

The dentist isn't really something I'd ever think to write a review about. It's usually just one of those "meh" experiences that are a part of life that you do as routine and then forget about. Growing up I had an older gentleman as my dentist and the hygienists in the office were all middle aged as well. There was the usual "hey how are you" BS but I didn't really relate to them on any level. It was an awkward 45 minutes of them staring into your mouth just to end with a "hey son, your teeth look great". Thanks bro. Even my first dentist upon moving to LA was a middle aged gentleman who was good, but again: Routine. Enter Blue Pearl. I've been here 3 times so far and I actually look forward to going back. Having an office of young staff really makes a difference. The majority of my experience is with Diana (the hygienist) and Robert (the dentist) whom are coincidentally brother and sister. Diana is literally the most adorable thing ever, Robert is super friendly, and the whole staff is great all while being very professional. I can have conversations with them about the things that are going on in our lives because we can actually relate. Makes such a huge difference. Not to mention my teeth look & feel great (thanks guys) and I'm in and out super quickly (thanks technology). If you're 40 or younger, in this area, and looking for a new dentist look no further. It's a party. In your mouth. Unless you have cavities, then prob not... Anyway, THIS PLACE ROCKS!

Staff was great and super friendly! They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything going on with your teeth. They are very attentive to your concerns and review all possible options with you. Blue Pearl is definitely going to be my primary dental care. :)

I absolutely hate going to the dentist as i have had horrible dental experiences in the past. But i chipped my tooth and needed to see a dentist immediately. My regular dentist was not able to see me, so i needed to find someone else. At the recommendation of a friend, i made an appointment with Robert Huang, DDS. Im so glad that i did because Dr. Huang was awesome. He explained my xrays. (I have never had a dentist actually go through my xrays with me). He noticed my metal fillings, and although he himself does not prefer them, he didnt try to coax me into re-doing them. He thereafter fixed my chipped tooth. But what i was impressed with was the fact that he explained what he was doing, on a step by step basis. His explanation put my nerves at ease. His clinical skills were pretty impressive as well as he was able to fix my tooth without having to numb me. I was a bit nervous about him drilling without numbing me, but i didnt feel any pain or discomfort. The office is clean and modern. Xrays are performed digitally and youll see it right on the screen. Each exam room is equipped with a screen in front you. For longer procedures you can request to watch something on the screen (in order to distract you). Overall, i was pleasantly surprised with my dental visit. His staff is friendly and amazing. Thanks to Walter for squeezing me into the schedule and for making the paperwork easy to fill out. Thanks to Corinna for the ease in taking my xrays and assisting Dr. Huang.

Let me start off by saying that I am one of those people that dreads going to the dentist. Dr. Huang and the team at Blue Pearl Dentistry changed all of that and I am so glad I came across such a wonderful group of people. You know it was a good experience when it actually prompted me to write a review on Yelp - my first ever. I feel that it is necessary to convey just how good Dr. Huang is to others who may in the same boat as me I went for a routine cleaning and they actually took me right on time - something I have never experienced before at a dentist's office. They are very respectful of the patients' time and they are efficient, yet thorough. The assistant took x-rays of my teeth and Dr. Huang came in to introduce himself, discuss the x-rays, and ask if I have been having any issues (I had not). Dr. Huang proceeded to clean my teeth himself, which was also a first for me at a dentist's office. I inquired and was told Dr. Huang spends that much time with all new patients to better understand their treatment needs and to make them feel comfortable. I left and couldn't have been happier with the visit. I'll stop there because I think you get the point. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the mid-Wilshire area or beyond.

This is by far the best dentist place i have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, they dont try to push you to get a work done that you dont need. Walter at the front desk explained everything very well, and Dr. Huang is a very skilled and experienced, and will tell you the truth on what you actually need to get done. I highly recommend this place, to anyone that wants to get a great work done.

I wish there was a 6 star option because my experience with Dr. Bobby Huang was nothing less than stellar. Here's why - 1. He's a skilled and experienced dentist and he worked on my teeth with precision. 2. He's a great communicator. He'll give you great advice and will clearly communicate through any procedure he will do. 3. He's confident and will tell you the truth about what is in your best interest. No BS here. 4. His prices are great - especially for the quality of work he provides. 5. He's an overall great guy and you will probably want to invite him to your summer bbq or kid's birthday party because he's just cool like that. I'm so glad I found Dr. Huang. He is caring, a bit humorous, and very knowledgeable. He is transparent and explains everything in great detail. He went through all of my X-Rays and told me his concerns, what things I should keep an eye on, and what things I don't have to worry about. Most importantly, he is trustworthy. He didn't try to sell me products that I didn't need or tell me I have unnecessary cavities or things of that nature. I came to his office knowing that I needed fillings on some of the abrasions I have on my teeth due to having braces, and after meeting him, I signed right up. I didn't get this procedure done by my last dentist because he was always trying to sell me on things. I finally changed my insurance this year, and thank goodness I did! A cool thing which I haven't seen before is they give you plastic eye wear prior to teeth cleaning. I usually go makeup free whenever I get a cleaning due to getting sprayed with water all over my face. I embarassingly stopped Dr. Huang to take an instagram picture of it. Oh wow! Fast, friendly and three perfectly matched fillings! I can't even count the number of dentists I've seen in my (middle-aged) lifetime or the amount of money spent on fillings, crowns, root canals, etc. Three fillings on the top of my bottom teeth wore/broke away so I checked Yelp and found Blue Pearl. The staff is genuinely friendly-not that fake LA friendly-and Dr. Huang is super! I can't recommend Blue Pearl enough. And the best part? It only took an hour!

I have had two appointments thus far at blue pearl dentistry. I am a medical student at UCLA and have done a poor job finding my way to the dentist's office in the past. As much as I dreaded it, I decided to make an appointment and I was not disappointed. Everyone on staff is absolutely amazing, starting from the moment you walk in I was greeted warmly by Walter, an administrative team member who is always so helpful and extremely friendly. With virtually zero wait time, I am usually escorted to my room by Karina a dental assistant who is generally with me during the duration of my visit and puts me at ease while being exceptionally nice and informative; honestly this is the best dentists office I've ever been to. I think everyone here is amazing and the service is unparalleled in my experience. On my last visit, I had a cleaning by a dental hygienist named Diana, I can not say enough good things about her. She is simply wonderful; the cleaning was quick and virtually painless and she was just a delightful person in general. She made me feel at ease the entire time, made sure I was doing alright throughout the process, took time to ask me about school and what I planned to specialize in, and did an absolutely exceptional job on the cleaning. She prides herself on being a perfectionist which is exactly what I want in someone who is going to be working on my teeth. Like I said I could go on and on, but Diana is awesome!!! Dr. Huang of course is an amazing dentist and a really cool guy. He takes the time to explain things to me because he knows I have some familiarity with the subject matter. He is also very friendly and efficient in his work. Although I have not had any procedures done by him, I feel completely confident in his abilities and I plan on keeping him as my dentist for the foreseeable future. It's very rare for most people, especially me, to be even marginally excited to have dental work done. However everyone at Blue Pearl Dentistry goes above and beyond to make the experience a very pleasant one. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Love it here! They were able to fit me in after my move so I could finish my Invisalign. Now I just want to win the free toothbrush. They have air conditioning, tv, Netflix, and coffee, and are always open. The billing can be confusing and they email, text, call a lot, but never email the estimate to you. That would be helpful. Really must be a lot of flakes in LA, they really make sure you make your appointment.
