I am currently in the process of having 6 implants placed. Dr. Le made it painless without putting me to sleep. I am now in the waiting process before the healing abutments are placed. They have been very good to check up on me. More to come as I progress through the process.

I've been a patient of elite dentistry for over a year. The dentistry was recommended to me for implants. I was so afraid to go but the moment l arrived at the front desk the office personnel set me at ease with their patience and their smiles. When I met Dr Karr and Dr Le and their dental assistances their were no difference. When my implants were finished l decided to let Elite Dentistry take care of all my dental needs. l don't think Elite really know how professional, how caring and loving they really are.

Yesterday was part one of my implant process. I must say I was extremely nervous about the post procedure pain. It has been minimal inside of the 24 hours since I left the office. Recently I broke one of my crowns on my implants and I was given a appointment quickly and they fitted me for a new crown and recemented a temporary crown until my new one is made. Beginning with our initial consultation, the staff has always been nice, informative, and very helpful. On the day of the surgery, everyone at Elite Dentistry was friendly as always, professional, and very comforting, which we were extremely appreciative of, particularly on that stressful day. Also, I want to mention that Dr. Le is the best at what he does, and really seems to enjoy the difference he gets to make in people's lives. Our follow up visits have continued to show just how good of a group Elite Dentistry has, as they still are helpful, professional, great with working around our limited availability, and really caring about their patients. I very strongly recommend that anybody looking into dental surgery visit Elite Dentistry, you will not find a better office anywhere. The implants have drastically improved my life; I now feel confident about my smile, I now receive compliments about my smile, and my family has noticed how much happier I am since the surgery. The entire staff at Elite Dentistry is simply top notch. From our first consultation in the beginning, everybody was very friendly, professional, and ready to answer any and all questions we had. Leading up to the surgery, the staff was, again, outstanding in how thoroughly they made sure we understood how the process would work and what the recovery timeframe would be. On the day of surgery, the staff shined the most; everyone was ready to get the job done but also quite comforting at the same time, which I think was very important, considering how stressful of a day the day of a mjaor surgery can be. Dr. Le is clearly a very skilled dentist and you can tell he is genuinely enthusiastic about the difference he is able to make in his patients' lives. And ever since the surgery, in our subsequent follow up visits, everyone has again been very helpful and also very understanding when it comes to our availability, especially when considering how far we live from the office. If you are considering any type of dental procedures, I cannot recommend Elite Dentistry any higher; they live up to their title in every way. 1

Dental center was renovated. It has a fresh and modern appearance ! Dr. Le and the female dental hygienist did a great job in cleaning up my dental implants. One of my friends, a high tech engineer with IBM also had dental implants done at Elite Dentist. We met weekly on the tennis courts and gave good recommendations for others to see Dr. Le. We gave 5 stars to Elite Dentistry 👍

The office staff and dentist are extremely professional. This is something we don’t often see enough of these days. They also listened to me and didn’t try to be a salesman of dentures or implants like most do. The one thing I didn’t like was their tactic on giving a discount by asking you to pay cash. That’s not right so if I chose to use my debit or credit card the cost goes up.

Finally getting done my 2 Dental Implants. Found Elite Dentisty on Google. 3rd oral surgeon I spoke with and the 1 I chose. 1 stop “shopping” lol. The complete process of consultation, surgery, implant & porcelain crown include with quoted price. Office staff friendly & helpful. Dental Financing available thru 3rd party ( which I needed, at got) they helped me with that as well. I’m still nervous about procedure but feel comfortable & confident enough to put my mouth, teeth & life in their hands. Definitely recommend to family & friends. After surgery...I will be back...I will let you all know how it went..the good, the bad & the ugly..or the unexpected..lol

My last visit was traumatic, I was given anesthesia and the dentist did not wait long enough and poked the instrument before I was completely numbed, it hurts alot! The worst thing, the dentist ordered xray only after opening my gums. I was xrayed with bleeding gums only to find out that they could not move on with the procedure because there is not enough bone density. Shouldn't that xray be done before opening me up ? Then I am trying to review my options and their manager was not helpful at all. She was even very impatient in explaining and acted as if she does not have time for you and hanged up on me! She promised to call me back before on a certain date and time and she never did. What is going on??? I am very unhappy with how things are and need resolution!

Dr. Le and the entire staff at Elite Dentistry are fantastic. I was recently told by another dentist that I needed to have two crowns replaced with dental implants. After reading so many great reviews online (including my insurance's website), I went to see Dr. Le. After a comprehensive analysis, Dr. Le explained that we could replace my current crowns and keep my natural teeth, which is always the ultimate goal. Two crowns are significantly less expensive than two implants as well, so that was an added bonus. I went in for impressions today and will have the work done next week. At this point, I couldn't be more pleased. I will update after the procedure.

Today I had 5 fillings, a crown installed, and a crown lengthening surgery(where they cut back the gum and bone so the crown they install can get better purchase on the tooth so it doesn’t come off). I was nervous at first, but Dr. Le quickly out my mind at ease. He told me the procedure would be painless and he was exactly right about that. I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. He even prescribed me medication in case I had pain the following days from the surgery. Dr. Le and his staff continuously made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed any breaks during the procedure. Not only is Dr. Le amazing at what he does, his team is also very professional and great at what they do. Carolyn is very accommodating when it comes to setting appointments, working with insurance companies, and collecting payment. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental institution. Couldn’t be happier! - Mark McLean

I entered the appointment initially with confidence and reassurance that the procedure was going to go well... The orthodontist on the procedure was extremely rough and inconsiderate of my comfort throughout the anesthesia and filling process. I entered into a state of discomfort where my body began to tremble and my skin begin to sweat profusely. The doctor was extremely rough and unapologetic about his techniques. I am very much familiar with the dentist office and do not have a fear of having things probed... however, today, I left scarred and in tears. I never felt less than a patient than I have today... I would not recommend. They pushed the filling limit and thought they would "kill two birds with one stone". Extremely unprofessional.

On my way to dental implants, best price and with people I trust😁 Got my 3 dental implants put in Thursday and it only took about a hour. It was painless and Dr. sent me home with antibiotics and some pain medication. I was never in any pain and woke up Friday and went and played golf and only taking ibuprofen and antibiotics. 3 months to go to let it heal, can’t wait😁

Had my teeth pulled today and the temporary denture fitted for the all on 4 procedure. I am very impressed thus far with the professionalism of Dr. Karr and the staff. The pain was minimal (and still is thus far). I will post again after the permanent denture is place, but right now, I am very pleased.

Because of my prior experiences, I have always been nervous when I step into a dentist office. At Elite Dentistry it was different. From the time I stepped into the doors for my initial consultation and up to my implant surgery, I felt comfortable. Now don't get me wrong, I still felt the anxiety creeping up on my before my surgery, but Dr. Michael Le and his team took very good care of me by explaining everything in detail and making sure I was relaxed. Since my implant, I can say that I am very happy with the results. There was minimal bleeding, swelling and pain. Dr even called to check up on me. I will definitely give "props" to Elite Dentistry (which is not something I do for most dentist) and look forward to a continue relationship with this office.

Dr.Michael Le and staff is skillful and good. Implant of a tooth-Caution: I had tooth extracted and bone replacement graft ridge done. With that, I agreed for "interim partial denture" $ 800 for one tooth, which was not necessary. This information was not given clearly. Be aware.

Best Cleaning Ever! Who’d have thought having teeth cleaned could be such a great time? Jitka is fun and engaging - I really enjoyed her easy-going, bright personality. She is also highly knowledgeable And she has a light touch. On top of that, my teeth haven’t been cleaned this thoroughly in the past! I strongly recommend seeing Jitka, if it’s been over six months. I recently switched to Elite and do not mind going there ; ) - the staff is great. They are professional, personable and relaxed. Dr. Carr has made it easy to complete the work I’m undergoing. He’s done s great job with my implants and they healed very well. Also, I can actually afford to have my teeth worked on at Elite - which is a big deal!

I started seeing Dr. Kaar about a year ago. My teeth (what were left) and gums were in horrible condition. I not only had a terrible experience with dentures and not wearing them, I was getting infections, abscesses and additional breakages. Dr. Kaar literally started rebuilding my mouth. Bone grafts, 10 implant supports and an entire mouth of new, permanently implanted teeth. He is a perfectionist and extremely attentive to any complaints or concerns I have had. If you have any discomfort, he's on it immediately. Although I'm still wearing the "temporary" version of my implants, they look real, are exceptionally comfortable and have done well. I'm almost done with the process, just getting the final touch-ups on the permanent teeth which look remarkably like the teeth I had as a young woman, but better. The amazing part is that he never saw me with my real teeth. He's not only a doctor, he's an artist. He has a large, attentive, friendly staff. Appointments last awhile, but are well worth the time.

Went to Elite Dentistry on a Friday and scheduled implant for Monday. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. Dr. Aditya Bhawsar did the Extraction and proceeded with Bone Graft, Interim Partial Denture and Surg Place Implant. Procedure went well. I go back Monday for recheck and Temporary will be placed. In 3-4 months I will return for Abutment and Crown. Efficient and explained everything well. Answered all my questions.

Brushing my teeth last night, I noticed that Xin, the Elite Dentistry hygienist who cleaned them yesterday performed exemplary care removing awful black stains which had baffled my previous hygienists for years. Of course, my 60 year old teeth having withstood much abuse, still sport a few deep striations I will carry to the grave. Even though, she skillfully pushed her equipment to its limit x-raying, scraping, grinding, and polishing until I had to have a magnifying lens to recognize my own teeth. I am pleased that Elite Dentistry has again exceeded my strict expectations for quality dental care and continue to allow skilled practitioners to perfect their abilities whether it be in the chair or administration office. My resources are limited at best so I feel very fortunate to be under the care of such a quality organization. Thank you all.

I have been a patient of Elite Dentistry for several years. Previously, prior to living here, i flew to Austin from Boston just to get treatment. I live in Austin now fortunately. If there were more stars to award, i would. I have been a cash customer most of my time and feel like they genuinely care about trying to help with the cost. Melissa, the head Dental Assistant runs the office and clinical areas with smooth efficiency and a soothing presence. I would do any thing for her and her staff i could. The on-site lab additionally is what sets this place apart. I cannot recommend this office, the Dentists, and Melissa and her staff any higher!!! John B

Initially my review was not the best of this place however they did do really great work on my extraction. I had a billing issue where I was charged for something that I felt was unfair. Dr. Karr personally called me to take care of the situation. He refunded my money and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. I do recommend going to this office as the staff is very friendly, do great work and Dr. Karr will do his best to make sure you're treated fairly. He even has his personal number in the front lobby for his patients to call if there is an issue

Dr. Karr @ Elite Dentistry is one of a kind. I have had many, many dentists work on my mouth for many reasons over the years but NONE compare to him. Dr. Karr is not only a dentist but a member of the American Board of Prosthodontics which means he took extra time in his studies to become an expert in his field. He takes great pride in his work and if he even remotely thinks you may not be happy or satisfied he will continue to work with you until he is sure you are as estatic as you should be!. If you don't already know, having all your teeth replaced with dentures is extremely traumatic both physically,emotionally and will hit your self-esteem like a lead balloon. I always prided myself on my perfect smile (never needed braces etc., just bad genetics.). Please try to remember and trust me that it does get better and better as each month passes by. Dr. Karr and his staff, especially Samantha, Kyanna, Melissa & Brandy were the most caring, friendly and personable assistants ever. Alex at the front desk always knew my name when I walked in (& they see a lot of patients!). I am a patient at Elite Dentistry and am extremely sastified with the service I have received. I got implants put in on my top teeth and have never been happier! The level of quality and care at Dr. Kaar and the rest of the staff at Elite Dentistry provided was exceptional. I was impressed with the friendly and considerate staff, and also appreciate the relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. The other thing I appreciate is that they have their own laboratory on site, which helps things run smoother I think.When I found Elite Dentistry I needed serious work. I was in pain and the process seemed daunting (from my experience with other dentists), so I had put off getting it done. I lost all hope after suffering a terrible accident at only 21 years old... I broke my jaw in three places, had my jaw wired shut for months, lost several anterior teeth as well as molars. The few molars I had left were broken and painful. There was severe bone loss from the accident as well. When my oral surgeon removed my wires, I was left devastated. It felt as if I didn't own the same mouth... At such a young age, I was completely hopeless. I was blessed enough to cross paths with Dr. Kaar and his team of miracle workers. Thanks to him, I have hope. I have been beyond satisfied with the entire process and outcome of the work I've have done thus far. I am confident in the fact that I'll be able to smile proudly by the time this journey is over. on 2013 i went to Dr Karrs office for an evaluation on a possible implant denture i had a bad condition of loose teeth due to bone loss in my upper jaw .at the time i had money from my pension plan to do the procedure. he pulled all the bad teeth. and made a temporary upper denture while the bone-grafts for the implants healed.when it was ready for me to have the permanent denture i had it finalized . i was so happy to have this done. no floppy upper any more ,i could eat anything i want apples corn on the cob nuts etc.i couldn't be more happy with what the doctor did for me. the staff was professional, friendly,and helpful .i am getting more work on my lower teeth as of today and im sure it will be as successful as the upper jaw work. thanks to Elite Dentistry im a happy smiling patient. thank you Dr Karr and staff.

I simply cannot say enough good things about ELITE DENTISTRY. Dr Karr is in a league of his own. He makes other dentists look like clowns (even the good ones). That office operates like a well oiled machine with old school customer service and efficiency that's seldom seen. They made everything sooo easy (including the financing). After less than 5 minutes in the chair, it all made sense. When your 10 times better than anyone else (in every department) you can charge half of what the other guys do and still make money!

Elite dentistry has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made me feel completely comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I am not a big fan of dentist or having dental work done due to the past experiences I have had starting at a young age. I had an accident shattering the small bones in the front of my mouth & knocking out one of my front teeth. Needless to say I've had many issues finding the right dentist, or dental work plan I am comfortable with. Karr took his time and came up with the best option I've been given to proceed in taking the steps to get my teeth to where I want them and how they should be. I highly recommend them. I had a lot of choices as I was looking for a dental office that I trusted and within my budget. I feel like I made the right choice when choosing Elite Dentistry. Discovering my teeth were leaving me, I looked around for the best alternative. That's when Dr.Karr came into view. His office was in the far away land of South Austin. I traveled the dreaded Mopac, through storm and blazing sun. All the while coping with vehicles of all sizes, shapes and colors. Sometimes, shadowed, for miles, by black and whites with scary lights. However, overcoming the fears of budgetary restraints I bit the bullet and looking Dr. Karr in the eye, said, "let's do it". I challenged them to give me movie star teeth and now I have parts in movies, everywhere. Dr. Karr and his entire staff, are a joy personally, and so professional, I regret I have only one mouth to give to their expert care. On the first day I walked out with teeth that lit the way. Teeth that could give an honest smile into a welcoming world. Implants do take precision work, beyond what I imagined. With Dr. Karr and staff, the experience was faultless. Where does a dentist go if he needs dental work? My old amalgam filling cracked and I went to Dr. Kaar. There are a lot of quality dentists in town, however I trust his practice because I know the materials he will use are based on independent research and are proven, the equipment are up to date, the sterilization protocols are strict, he is able to oversee the entire laboratory process, and his team are experienced. Sometimes the "dentistry" is the easy part, its the intangibles that makes the difference. All this adds up to a gorgeous end result that is quite impressive... even to another dentist.

After an extensive research of local dentists regarding the implant work I needed, my choice was narrowed down to Elite Dentistry. Doctor Kaar explained the procedure needed to be done and I was made to feel very comfortable about it (I have a fear of sitting on the dentist chair). I was amazed by the Dr Kaar's attention to detail of wanting to make sure everything is done perfectly. The X-Ray machine repair technician happened to be there servicing one of the machines and when he saw my implant x-rays on the wall, he was amazed by how perfect the implant was placed in my gums which reassured me that I had made the right choice by choosing Elite Dentistry. I will be going back for my second implant soon and I highly recommend them. I also wanted to agree with the reviews previous to mine regarding the office manager Sheila being friendly and on point with all the paperwork. I'm glad I have found a dental practice where I can be comfortable and feel great about the results as well.

I initially went to this office based on the reviews for Dr. Kaar, but was given another dentist. I went there specifically to have a crown redone because it was poorly done to begin with, and a lot of food got stuck between it and the teeth next to it. I clearly made sure the dentist knew why I was having it redone. She said she understood and will fix the issue and give me a quality crown. During the procedure a lot of tasks were given to the technician to do, when the dentist should have been performing herself (I know since I've had crowns done before). The few times the dentist did take over, she did the job as quickly as possible to move on to the next patient. When I came back to have the permanent crown placed, it felt like my original bad crown. In fact, I believe they made it from the impression of the first crown that was taken on the first appointment. I told the dentist my concern and was told to come back to the office again. When I came back again, they had the same impression crown and did not even bother to change it. When I voiced my concern, this time they told me to wait in the office to 'fill it' a bit. I waited 45 more minutes, and they brought the tooth back. It felt somewhat different, but I had no way of knowing if it actually fixed the food getting stuck problem. They actually made me sign a document before I departed the office that the tooth was ok. I've NEVER had to do that with other dentists and it seemed unethical to me!! By this time, I just wanted out of the office since I spent so much time there and had so many unnecessary appointments as it is. After having the tooth a few weeks, I can tell you that food still gets stuck between the tooth and the original problem that made me replace the crown in the first place is not fixed !! I asked for my refund to get it done at a different dentist office and they refused. I would never go back !!

I went to see Dr. Kaar on November 29, 2017 to get a new upper partial. Today is June 14th and I am still waiting for my upper partial. I have been without a partial (big gaps on the upper gums, no teeth) for more than 4 month now. My appointment for June 16th was cancelled again and rescheduled for June 29 at which time I will hopefully receive a new partial. That will be 7 month since my first visit. Brigitte Tait

I was introduced by a friend to Dr. Kaar for 4-in-1 upper jaw implant. After an initial free consultation for the procedure and cost, honestly I was a little bit skeptical because I have to pay a rather large amount of dollars for the treatment. The office staff members, Janet and Pam, actively worked with my dental insurance and my financial situation to come up with a reasonable total cost that I can handle. I made up my mind to go for it. The provisional denture was nice but I feel bulky piece in my mouth. It took me a little while to get use to it and I was afraid that bulky part will be there when I get the final denture. Nine months after all adjustments I am very happy to get the final denture that fits well and I don't feel the bulky part anymore. It took me several days to get use to it but can feel and chew foods with my denture as my real teeth. I will go back for another implant, lower jaw and for only 1 tooth, in March 2017. Thanks Dr. Kaar and his staff, Panet, Melissa, Pam, Karen, Christina, and others I don't remember the names, for the services.

My experience with Elite Dentistry began recently after not visiting a dentist for some time. I have had several visits and my treatment is progressing very well. All my visits have been pleasant, comfortable and very productive. There is more work to be done to complete my treatment plan but I'm no longer reluctant to see the dentist. Dr. Nia and all the staff put me at ease and the front office is very welcoming, so that's a good start to the visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Dentistry to anyone needing dental care, in fact I have already suggested to a co-worker that she give Elite Dentistry a call when she needs more dental work.

Well, I reserve a five star rating for hotels and restaurants, never dental offices. That said, IF I have to go to a dentist, then Dr.Kaar is my choice of all the little shops of horror. I've been in dental chairs more than I've been out of them. The most grueling was a 7 hour periodontal procedure that left the dentist even more worn out than I. A year later I was told that the expensive/horrific surgery hadn't done much to improve the condition of my gum disease. Several years later I would have to face the grim facts. Dental Implants. I went and wrote a $1000.00 downpayment to the one often advertised on TV. I felt pressured to make a monumental decision on the spot. After I returned home I started my own research. Dr. Kaar's credendials couldn't be matched when it came to prosthdontics. I called the other dental implant office and asked them to put my check and decision on hold. I made an appointment to check out Elite Denistry. I walked into a small,no frills office in South Austin and wondered if I had the right address. Two women who were behind the front desk were laughing and both congratulating me for not getting lost. Sheila took me back to a room and whispered, "don't let Dr.Kaar scare you, he's shy and is obsessed with his work." When my xrays/cat- scan were finished I knew I was where I needed to be. My teeth are fabulous. My gum disease is behind me. There were stages and appointments made to insure everything was perfect. I wanted to speed up the process, but quickly learned this doctor had every tooth on the line regarding his reputation and wouldn't compromise. His very skilled tech,Jeanette, would talk me down off the ledge when I came back to take MORE measurements and follow-up check-ups. Hope this helps. I believe Dr. Kaar is flat-out the best.

Dr. Karr @ Elite Dentistry is one of a kind. I have had many, many dentists work on my mouth for many reasons over the years but NONE compare to him. Dr. Karr is not only a dentist but a member of the American Board of Prosthodontics which means he took extra time in his studies to become an expert in his field. He takes great pride in his work and if he even remotely thinks you may not be happy or satisfied he will continue to work with you until he is sure you are as estatic as you should be!. If you don't already know, having all your teeth replaced with dentures is extremely traumatic both physically,emotionally and will hit your self-esteem like a lead balloon. I always prided myself on my perfect smile (never needed braces etc., just bad genetics.). Please try to remember and trust me that it does get better and better as each month passes by. Dr. Karr and his staff, especially Samantha, Kyanna, Melissa & Brandy were the most caring, friendly and personable assistants ever. Alex at the front desk always knew my name when I walked in (& they see a lot of patients!). I was so nervous when I found out I was needing an implant. It was my front right tooth and it made me really scared and I wasn't sure what would happen. When I came here, they took such amazing care of me and my implant process is complete and I have my permanent tooth! I seriously couldn't be happier. It took me a few years to research for a dental care specialist to trust for my TOTAL work on my mouth. Finally I crossed into dr Darian Kaar at Elite Dentistry. From the first visit I sensed high level of professionalism. I loved the way the whole practice operated. Courteous, knowledgeable staff, and sparklingly maintained. Dr Kaar explained in full details my options, and loved the fact that everything was held in one place. I took his suggestions to remove all the remaining teeth and go for all implants. In May 2012 he did the upper side. Being a major work, the experience was smooth, from sedation, execution to the finish. Excellent follow through. In December 2012, he did the lower side. Same great experience. I still have temporary dentures and waiting for the final result by the end of June. Can't wait ...and looking forward to it. I strongly recommend Elite Dentistry to anyone. I was in very bad condition when I found Dr. Karr. 13 implants all incorrectly placed causing me all sorts of pain and horrible problems HE FIXED ME. In the most meticulous caring professional way. A very long and delicate process. Removing correcting bone and delivering set of implants perfect for on top four on bottom . Dr. Karr is most humble and kind a very professional office and staff five stars no question .

My experience with the front office was excellent. I did like that the x-rays were almost instant, and displayed on a computer screen for me to see. The work that was done for me was done by Dr. Kaar and I am very pleased. I am planning on doing dental implants very soon.
